Comment on Complaints for DBKL by weechookeong Posted: 22 Mar 2011 03:41 AM PDT Dear Jim Please put in writing officially about your complaints to the developer. Give them 14 days to rectify failing which you can proceed to rectify and claim from the developer provided your complaint is within the defect liability period. Thereafter, if they don’t pay you then you can file a suit with the Tribunal. Thank you. Regards Wee choo keong |
Comment on Complaints for DBKL by jim syazli Posted: 21 Mar 2011 11:22 PM PDT Dear YB, I want to complaint about my condo, it is villa wangsa mas in wangsa maju. This condo have gain reputation as ‘kondo retak’. The crack for the condo is all over the blocks and it visible from the main road. I bought the second phase condo, got my key in end January 2010. Upon checking the house I made complaint about the wall and the developers rep says it will rectify it soon. Until now no rectification is done. For your info, phase 1 (sharing carparks podium with phase 2) also cracked and it is been like that since 2008. I can see people trying to rectify the wall, patching new cement but it is not working. Does it means that the crack is non repairable? If it is, who is it to blame? Please help us as the developers did not reply any of our complaint and queries. They don’t even attend the AGM with residents. jim |

Posted: 21 Mar 2011 09:44 PM PDT (…markah sempadan bagi semua peperiksaan adalah sulit seperti termaktub dalam Akta Pendidikan 1996…) Why on earth should the passing mark for an examination be an official secret unless there is something to hide here. Talk about being transparent! |
