HARGA MINYAK DUNIA TURUN, HARGA PETROL DI PAM MINYAK TANAH AIRKU TAK PERNAH TURUN

Apabila harga minyak mentah di pasaran dunia naik, negaraku cepat-cepat naikkan harga minyak yang dijual di stesen minyak. Alasan, harga minyak naik. Namun, belum pernah harga minyak di stesen minyak diturunkan ke harga sebelumnya walaupun harga minyak mentah dunia merudum jatuh. Negaraku juga yang untung jika harga minyak mentah dunia naik melambung kerana ia juga salah sebuah negara pengeksport minyak.

Jika matawang negara boleh diapungkan, kenapa tidak dengan harga minyak tempatan?

【星洲日报】勒令电讯公司暂停工程 ‧ 无拉港8住宅道路重铺

Dalam sidang media yang diadakan di Bandar Cheras Perdana pada hari Khamis yang lalu, Ahli Parlimen Serdang Saudari Teo Nie Ching ditemani Ahli MPKj Encik Chan Jeong Hon memberitahu media bahawa sebuah syarikat Telco yang menjalankan kerja menaiktaraf sistem komunikasi fiber optik di lapan kawasan perumahan di Cheras dan Balakong telah diarahkan oleh MPKj supaya memberhentikan kerja kerana mengakibatkan kerosakan permukaan jalan yang serius. Syarikat Telco ini turut diarahkan supaya memperbaiki dan menampal kesemua jalan yang telah rosak dikorek oleh syarikat tersebut. Dalam surat balasan daripada syarikat Telco kepada MPKj, pihak syarikat tersebut berjanji akan menampal kesemua jalan yang rosak dari 10 Mac hingga 28 Mac. Lapan kawasan perumahan yang mengalami kerosakan permukaan jalan termasuk Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Bandar Cheras Perdana, Taman Angsana, Taman Cheras Utama, Taman Cheras Jaya dan sebagainya.

Ahli Parlimen Serdang berkata, beliau telah menerima banyak aduan daripada penduduk di kawasan tersebut semenjak kerja manaiktaraf sistem kmonukasi fiber optik syarikat Telco tersebut diadakan. Dalam pada itu, Ahli MPKj Encik Chan membawa berita baik untuk penduduk di Bandar Cheras Perdana Fasa Satu. Pihak pemaju Bandar Cheras Perdana Fasa Satu telah memasang lima lampu tiang di persekitaran padang permainan berdekatan Jalan 1/5E dan 1/7. Kos pemasangan setiap lampung tiang bernilai di antara RM3000 hingga RM5000. Setelah dua tahun memperjuangkan pemasangan lampu tiang ini dengan pihak MPKj, hasrat ini berjaya direalisasikan dengan kerjasama syarikat pihak pemaju.

（雪兰莪 ‧ 加影31日）蕉赖8个住宅区自去年9月起，因某电讯公司展开提升服务而导致路面严重损坏，在加影市议会发出停工令后，该公司已重铺所有道路，减低对居民带来的不便。

受影响地区包括慕墩花园、旺沙高原、翠岭镇、蕉赖再也、敦胡先翁镇、蕉赖乌达玛花园、安沙曼花园及首都镇。

沙登国会议员张念群表示，在电讯公司施工期间，她接到很多居民投诉，指路面严重损坏，令居民出入不便，她希望往后进行工程的公司能够更体恤附近居民的感受，避免影响居民生活。

与此同时，加影市议员陈倡翰指出，公司是为了提升宽频服务，在8个住宅区的主要道路进行挖掘工作，以置放光纤电缆。市议会在这期间接到许多投诉，并发出停工令给该公司，指示该公司重铺所有道路，而该公司在回函中，也表示会在3月10至28日重铺受影响路面。

“如今，所有路面已经完成重铺，但是，路面上原有的路墩却在重铺后变矮，所以我们将再次要求该公司重新筑路墩，并画上黄线来提醒道路使用者。”

首都镇游乐场装灯

另外，他表示，在发展商的合作下，蕉赖首都镇第一期花园的游乐场已经装上5盏灯，让清晨或入夜后有灯光照明，其中4盏位于1/5E路的游乐场，1盏则在1/7路的小游乐场。

他说，他自两年前应居民的要求，向市议会争取在有关游乐场装上灯，无奈市议会却面对经费问题，他唯有与花园发展商联络，并获得后者的合作。

“发展商在10年前已交出花园管理权给市议会，却肯负起尽社会责任，协助居民安装照明灯，而每盏灯的费用是3千至5千令吉。”

【国会报道】副工程部长：沙登拉也高架天桥预计11月竣工

（国会下议院30日讯）在回答沙登国会议员张念群的提问时，工程部副部长杨昆贤表示，工程一再拖延的沙登拉也高架天桥将在今年11月竣工。

杨昆贤在张念群的追问下指出，据他所知，工程部所委任的新承包商已经在3月26日进驻沙登拉也高架天桥工地，因此工程会在今年11月完成。

张念群说，她曾致函工程部副部长杨昆贤投诉，而杨在志期2010年7月20日的工程部回函中指出，有关工程已经完成86%，只是由于承包公司的合约已经被终止，工程部需要再耗时4个月聘请新承包公司，而新承包商又需要再花另外6个月的时间来完成余下工程。张念群质问，从去年7月至今已经足足过了8个月的时间，到底工程部要等到何时才愿意拿出具体的方案来完成工程。

张念群认为，这项在2006年动工，最初预定在2008年竣工的工程得迟至 2011年以后才能完工，证明了工程部的办事效率非常糟糕。张念群进一步要求工程部给予高架天桥完工的具体时间表。

“高架工程会否在今年内复工？第十大马计划已经在今年（2011年）正式推行直到2015年为止，工程部应该就工程复工和竣工日期方面，给出明确的交代。”

自2008年开始，沙登国会议员张念群在每一年的下议院国会会议，都向工程部询问沙登拉也高架天桥工程的进度。

Updates on the contruction project of Persimbangan Jln Serdang Raya / Jln Puchong - Sg Besi Interchange which supposed to be completed by Dec '08. On Wednesday, Deputy Minister of Works said in Parliament that it would be completed by Nov '11. I hope this is the last extension of time given to this project. Can we still trust BN Government to complete the MRT project on time?

Puan Teo Nie Ching [Serdang]: Terima kasih Tuan Pengerusi. Saya hendak sentuh tentang butiran projek 21000. Dua projek yang saya hendak tanya di sini, pertamanya adalah projek menaik taraf Persimpangan Jalan Serdang Raya/Jalan Puchong-Sungai Besi.  Projek ini bermula pada 15 Disember 2006 dan sepatutnya siap pada 14 Disember 2008. Akan tetapi sehingga hari ini kemajuan di tapak sana adalah 86% sahaja dan kontraktor yang asal telah ditamatkan kontraknya pada 16 Julai 2010.

Dalam sepucuk surat balasan daripada Yang Berhormat Timbalan Menteri yang bertarikh 20 Julai 2010 kepada saya menyatakan bahawa urusan perolehan tender semula akan mengambil masa selama empat bulan tetapi sekarang sudah hampir lapan bulan. Namun tiada kontraktor baru yang menjalankan dan menyiapkan projek ini. Jadi saya hendak bertanya bilakah projek ini boleh dihabiskan kerana projek ini sudah bermula pada tahun 2006 dan sekarang adalah tahun 2011.

Projek kedua yang saya ingin tanyakan adalah tentang persimpangan bertingkat jenis trumpet yang menghubungkan Jalan Putra Permai dan Lebuhraya KL-Putrajaya di Seri Kembangan. Saya difahamkan bahawa Kerajaan Pusat telah meluluskan projek ini. Jadi saya hendak bertanya apakah kos untuk projek ini dan bila projek ini akan bermula dan disiapkan?

Sebenarnya soalan yang ditanyakan oleh Yang Berhormat Serdang saya telah menjawabnya pada bulan Januari tahun ini, tetapi saya dengar Yang Berhormat tidak menerima jawapan saya, tetapi saya akan memberitahu bahawa projek persimpangan jalan Serdang Jaya itu, kita telah tamatkan kontraktor yang lama dan memilih kontraktor yang baru dan ia sudah masuk ke tapak pada 26 Mac yang lalu dan projek ini akan disiapkan pada bulan November tahun ini. Sudah masuk tapak dua hari yang lalu. Tengoklah ada tidak masuk.

Dato’ Yong Khoon Seng: Dan ada satu lagi projek yang diminta iaitu Putra Permai, Seri Kembangan. Projek ini telah pun diluluskan secara prinsip dan telah dipersetujui oleh kerajaan untuk dilaksanakan di dalam Rancangan Malaysia Kesepuluh.

Puan Teo Nie Ching [Serdang]: Terima kasih Yang Berhormat Timbalan Menteri. Ada tidak satu tarikh yang lebih spesifik? Maksudnya, adakah akan bermula dalam tahun ini atau bagaimana? Ini kerana untuk Rancangan Malaysia Kesepuluh, tempoh masanya adalah lima tahun daripada tahun 2011 sehingga tahun 2015. Jadi adakah terdapat satu tarikh yang lebih spesifik? Ini kerana saya dimaklumkan bahawa RM10 juta akan diberikan pada tahun ini, iaitu untuk pembiayaan pertama. Adakah maklumat itu adalah betul atau tidak? Terima kasih.

[April 1] Menyerah cek sumbangan RM 1500 kepada PIBG SMK Perimbun Cheras

Ahli Parlimen Serdang Saudari Teo Nie Ching hari ini telah melawat SMK Perimbun Cheras untuk menyerah cek sumbangan bernilai RM 1500 daripada kerajaan Pakatan Rakyat Selangor kepada PIBG SMK Perimbun Cheras.

Untuk makluman saudara dan saudari sekalian, Kerajaan Persekutuan pada tahun 2008 telah berjanji untuk memperuntukkan RM 0.5 juta kepada setiap kawasan parlimen di Malaysia setiap tahun bagi membangun infrastruktur tempatan di samping membolehkan ahli parlimen membantu individu-individu ataupun golongan yang memerlukan bantuan kewangan.

Walau bagaimanapun, setakat ini, hanya kawasan parlimen yang dimenangi oleh wakil rakyat Barisan Nasional yang menerima peruntukan tersebut manakala peruntukan tahunan untuk kawasan kerusi parlimen bukan milik BN akan terus disalurkan ke tangan Pegawai Penyelaras Kawasan Parlimen Barisan Nasional yang mengetuai jentera semua komponen parti BN di kawasan parlimen tersebut. (Pegawai Penyelaras Kawasan Parlimen Barisan Nasional diwujudkan oleh BN untuk setiap kerusi parlimen yang BN tewas dalam pilihanraya umum)

Untuk membolehkan wakil-wakil rakyat Pakatan Rakyat yang tidak mendapat peruntukan kerajaan persekutuan menunaikan tanggungjawab dalam membantu rakyat jelata yang memerlukan pertolongan, Kerajaan Pakatan Rakyat Selangor telah memperuntukkan RM150 ribu untuk setiap ahli parlimen Pakatan Rakyat di Selangor. RM50 ribu adalah untuk kegunaan perbelanjaan pusat-pusat perkhidmatan di kawasan parlimen manakala RM100 ribu adalah untuk diperuntukkan untuk kerja-kerja perkhidmatan ahli parlimen di kawasan jagaannya.

Saya telah membahagikan peruntukan secara agak sekata untuk ketiga-tiga kawasan Dewan Undangan Negeri di bawah Serdang di mana Seri Kembangan mendapat peruntukan sebanyak RM32425, Balakong mendapat peruntukan sebanyak 33300 manakala Bangi mendapat peruntukan RM33714.

Untuk menunjukkan ketelusan saya dalam menguruskan kewangan yang diperuntukkan oleh kerajaan Selangor, saya telah menyiarkan akaun perbelanjaan peruntukan kawasan parlimen saya secara terperinci di pautan-pautan di bawah:

[Malaysian Chronicle] Something's afoot in Sarawak

For the first time, George Chan Hong Nam is battling for his political life. His influence in Sarawak, which at one time was considered as near invincible just like close friend Chief Minister Taib Mahmud's, is now waning.

The current Deputy Chief Minister of Sarawak he assumed office on 9th September 1996 and the current president of Sarawak United People's Party (SUPP), assuming this post in 1997 besides being the State Assemblyman of Piasau, a seat located in Miri, which he has been holding since 1983.

Malaysia Chronicle spoke to DAP MP of Serdang Teo Nie Ching, who has been to Sarawak recently, to find out the Chinese voter sentiment there.

"The Chinese business community expressed to me they want change because they are fed-up of Taib and his cronyism. They are of the view George Chan of SUPP is in cahoots with Taib. Both of them have set up 1,001 companies as a front for their wealth amassing deeds," said Teo.

It is difficult to do business in Sarawak if you do not have connections with either Taib or George.  A lot of business is done if you know so-and-so, who knows Taib's or George's so-and-so.

He said  the Chinese are also sore with Taib for telling them unless they choose BN they will be left out by the Federal Government.

BN Should Prove They Respect Women and 1Malaysia By Sacking Sexist BN MP Bung Moktar And The MACC Prove They Respect Human Rights By Sacking Sex Addict Mohd Ashraf Mohd Yunus

BN should prove that they respect women by sacking sexist BN for Kinabatangan Datuk Bung Moktar and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Agency(MACC) prove they respect human rights by sacking sex addict Mohd Ashraf Mohd Yunos. The Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak should prove his disagreement with Bung's statement that women do not know how to drive and are a danger to other road users with stern action by immediately sacking Bung for making such sexist remarks.

To-date Bung Moktar has not withdrawn and apologised for his claim in Parliament on 28.3.3011 that women made bad drivers because they had a relaxed attitude and were not focused. Instead he has taken the ridiculous position that instead of being an aggressive sexist, he is now the victim of sexual harassment by women! However it is irrelevant whether Bung withdraws and apologises or not, for stating that female drivers drove dangerously and were causing road accidents because they were oblivious to their surroundings.

The time has come for a sexist and extremist MPs like Bung's to be sacked from BN to demonstrate that Najib's 1Malaysia includes respect for women. This is not the first time that Bung has denigrated women with disgraceful remarks. He had earlier apologised for his offensive remarks in 2007 to DAP MP for Batu Gajah Fong Po Kuan that she leaked every month in response to her complaints about a leak in the Parliament's roof after RM100 million in renovations.

Statistical evidence of women drivers being a danger to other road users instead shows that it is the men that causes more accidents. The Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) shows that in 2009, the numbers of crashes involving men drivers were 2.4 times more than women drivers. There were 244,336 cases involving man drivers as compared to 103,153 cases with women drivers, throughout the nation. In addition, if we were to ratio the crash number with the number of population, men scores 1,351.74 crashes per 100,000 male populations, while women was 537.97 crashes per 100,000 female populations.

Bung is clearly expressing a chauvinistic sentiment that has no factual basis of Malaysians being unsafe on the roads, especially when there are women drivers around. How can Malaysia move forward in terms of gender equality with a serial offender like Bung, who protests that he loves women yet humiliates them repeatedly? This is typical behaviour of men who considers women good only as sex objects.

At the same time the Royal Commission of Inquiry(RCI) into Teoh Beng Hock's tragic death, Tan Sri James Foong said he was a little shocked that MACC's Selangor assistant superintendent Mohd Ashraf Mohd Yunus watched pornography when he was supposed to do his duty of monitoring Teoh. MACC should sack Ashraf not because Ashraf viewed pornography on his computer in MACC offices in the wee hours of July 16, 2009, but for failing to observe his basic duties of monitoring Teoh Beng Hock.

Watching pornography in itself is a disciplinary matter that does not warrant sacking. However, watching pornography when Ashraf was supposed to look after Teoh, who was then found dead hours later, deserves sacking.

What is more shocking is the contention by RCI commissioner Mohamed Hatta Shaharom that Ashraf was singled out positively on 13 occasions in identification parades in relations to police reports of abuse and torture against Ashraf. Although Ashraf had denied ill-treating his case subjects, the royal commission had divulged during the inquiry previously that police were halted in their probe on such allegation as there was no cooperation from the MACC.

Mohamed Hatta pointed out correctly in questioning the logic of MACC retaining an officer who was identified repeatedly 13 times in an identification parade for abusing and torturing suspects. The time has come for MACC to stop its denial syndrome, boldly admit that there is torture by MACC officers and come down hard on abusers of such basic human rights if MACC is committed to cleaning up itself and restore its image as a professional anti-corruption agency.

I am sure the real answer is as simple as ABC.
A. A Minister or Committee would require some form of “elaborate study” and strong recommendation before they can reach a decision.
B. The consultant is obviously the best channel for this “study”.
C. However, the Consultant would require “indemnity” thus the OSA stuff would then apply.

Baru telah mengadakan Hari Terbuka bagi memberi peluang kepada penduduk sekitar mengenali lebih dekat operasi hariannya.Loji yang juga telah beroperasi sejak tahun 90an, menyalurkan air bersih  ke pulau langkawi bagi menampung kegunaan air penduduk langkawi.

Pada tahun ini, tema yang dipilih ialah Air untuk Bandar: Keperluan dan Cabaran. Tema ini bersesuaian dengan perkembangan era baru abad 21, yang mana pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggi tertumpu di Bandar mengikut laporan daripada UN Population Division yang menyebutjumlah penduduk dunia dijangka mencecah 7 billion tahun ini dan berganda kepada 14 billion pada 2100.
Majlis dirasmikan Yb Dato' Hj. Phahrolrazi dalam acara yang dianjurkan oleh Taliworks Langkawi Sdn. Bhd. dengan kerjasama Syarikat Air Darul Aman Sdn. Bhd. bertempat di Loji Air Sg. Baru, Simpang Empat,Perlis.


Turut hadir dalam majlis tersebut ,Dato' Hj. Azemi bin Din Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif SADA,Ir Ng Seik  General ManagerTaliworks dan Pengurus Taliworks En. Amran bin Abu Bakar.

Sambutan yang bermula dari pukul 9 pagi sehingga 4 petang, turut meraikan kehadiran pelajar-pelajar dari sekolah berhampiran sebagai lawatan ilmiah berhubung kepentingan air. Beberapa acara turut diisi sebagai inisiatif menanam pengetahuan kepada pelajar mengenai pembekalan air.

也是行动党德彬丁宜区州议员的他，是与助理和党员在怡保三宝洞进行新选民登记后。表示马华每次拿回教国课题来欺骗人民，但是在这课题上就当没发生一回事。而且我国银行机构，从以前没有到现在完全都有回教金融。而且我国大专强制学生读回教文明科目，在世界回教国理事是成员，加上929前首相马哈迪说大马是回教国时马华也不敢"高调问政般说明我国世俗国。

他形容马华是政治变色龙，见不同的人讲不同的话。为了华裔的票却不会照顾华裔的心。自己无法在华社重要课题取得突破，就玩弄政治摸黑运动来诋毁行动党的声誉。根本无法体现执政者的角色，反而更像执政者的伪君子。

Gossip And Slander: A Muslim Response

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

It is with great dismay that we watch the recent events unfolding in Malaysia. As much as we are not in the position to guess the motives or the truth behind the issue of the recent scandal we should, as Muslims, remind ourselves of how we should react when confronted with such news.

Our declaration of “There is no god worthy of worship except Allah” compels us to believe and abide by the word of Qur'an. A scandal is exciting but it blurs our judgment. As Muslims it is imperative that we remain lucid and not be swayed. Allah has revealed the Qur'an as our guide to distinguish between right and wrong.

When confronted with an issue, instead of following our whims, we must allow the Qur'an to be the final word. From then it determines how we react and move forward.

As in the lesson of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) the Prophet Muhammad's wife (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), to accuse someone of adultery, Allah says:

Why then, did not the believers, men and women, when you heard it (the slander) think good of their own people and say: “This (charge) is an obvious lie?” Why did they not produce four witnesses? Since they (the slanderers) have not produced witnesses! Then with Allâh they are the liars. (Chapter 24 – The Light, Verses 12-13)

Islam upholds the sanctity of human dignity and it is our obligation to defend our fellow brothers' and sisters’ honour. To accuse someone of adultery and to repeat it without evidence is a grave offence that infringes upon the rights of our fellow Muslim. To accept, judge the person and spread news based on stories or hearsay with no clear evidence is a form of oppression. Allah says:

When you were propagating it with your tongues, and uttering with your mouths that whereof you had no knowledge, you counted it a little thing, while with Allah it was very great. (Chapter 24 – The Light, Verse 15)

The media carries a heavy responsibility and burden for the public. We must be careful of what we hear and pass on. We might not be in control of the news but we are responsible for how we deal with it.

We must remember to also look at the implications of our actions. This incident has a much longer lasting and negative effect on the youth of our country. The terrible way news is featured in the media and the direct access teenagers and children have towards obscene news will shape their outlook on politics, leadership, and private and public sins.

We must also be cautious not to fall into the trap of backbiting. Backbiting is something we take lightly but in reality comes with grave consequences.

We are warned in the Qur’an about suspicion, backbiting and spying where backbiting is likened to eating dead flesh:

“Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it (so hate backbiting)” (Chapter Hujurat – The Dwellings, Verse 12)

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) defined backbiting: “Do you know what is meant by backbiting?” They said, “Allah and His Messenger know best.” He said, “To say something about your brother which he dislikes.” One asked, “Even if what I say is true about my brother?” He replied, “If such defects you say are true about him, then you have backbitten him, and if he doesn’t have what you say, then you have committed slander against him.” (Related by Muslim, Abu Dawood, and Tirmidhi)

He also emphatically stated "The gossiper will not enter paradise". (Bukhari and Muslim)

We have so many other pressing issues at hand. From corruption to poverty to unemployment and that’s just to name a few.

During these times we must remind each other of the words of Allah so that the slandering does not perpetuate further and cause more harm to the society. We call upon everyone, our elders, our leaders, our brothers and sisters, and all Malaysians from all walks of life to always walk the moral high round when dealing with our fellow brothers and sisters in humanity.

Let us show our future generation exemplary conduct we can be proud of.

May Allah always guide us to the right path.

ROMBONGAN PERTAMA PAS PAHANG BERANGKAT KE SARAWAK

Assalamu'alaikum warahmatuLLAH,

Syukur kepada ALLAH kerana kesemua 13 orang petugas PAS Pahang selamat tiba di KLIA jam 11.37 pagi tadi. Sehingga saya menulis mereka dijangka telah sampai di Kucing Sarawak.

Saya alhamduliLLAH berkesempatan bersama mereka, sekaligus mengiringi untuk ke piliharaya negeri Sarawak PRKN. Rombongan ini terdiri daripada empat lelaki dan sembilan wanita. Mereka diketuai oleh Che Zuhar dan setiausahanya ialah Sdr Razali Ramly.
Semoga kalian diberi kekuatan oleh ALLAH dalam menjalankan gerakerja pilihanraya di sana. Bersama dengan gerakerja pilihanraya ialah menyampaikan dakwah di bumi sarawak.

Pas Pahang telah diamanahkan untuk bertugas dan mengepalai gerakerja piliharaya di Dun Tanjung Datuk bersama negeri pembantunya Johor dan Melaka.

Dalam kesempatan yang singkat, saya telah merakamkan ribuan terimakasih bagi pihak PAS Pahang kepada mereka. termasuk beberapa pesanan dan nasihat buat mereka.

"Siiru 'ala barakatiLLAH = Berjalan-geraklah kamu sekalian dengan berkat daripada ALLAH".
