A Minister or Committee would require some form of “elaborate study” and strong recommendation before they can reach a decision. B. The consultant is obviously the best channel for this “study”. C. However, the Consultant would require “indemnity” thus the OSA stuff would then apply.

Those Khazanah boys are too arrogant to admit their mistakes. Keep up the good work YB.
