| DAP National Congress 15 & 16.12.12 Posted: 13 Dec 2012 12:08 AM PST The DAP National Congress in Penang on 15 & 16 December, 2012 aims to create a spirited atmosphere to face the 13th General Elections. This includes the fostering of unity and galvanizing of energy in the whole country to strengthen the Pakatan Rakyat strength. It is hoped that the party election will choose leaders from the young, the middle-aged and the veterans. The combinaton of these three groups gives the dynamism and the wisdom. For decades, some have accused DAP of being a racialist party. Please look at the multiracial policy of the Penang State Government. Although some raise racial issues, Malaysian voters are getting more aware of the importance of peace, stability and well-being in the multiracial society. Tan Seng Giaw  |
