To Anonymous 6:21,

I do not know whether TUPE 1981/2006 (Transfer of Undertaking for Protection of Employees) as in the UK is also a part of Malaysian Labour law.

If applicable here, the new company will have to retain all the staff benefits as of the former company (in case of MAS declared bankrupt and the new company is requiring the same manpower/expertise to run the same business).

If not applicable here, blame all unions in Malaysia and most importantly – your chosen government!

Kepada ahli MASEU,

1. Apakah peranan Jabar (ketika itu mewakili Human Resource) untuk memenuhi kemahuan Alias supaya ditukarkan ke Kota Bharu?
2. Siapa yang memerlukan campurtangan Tg Azmil supaya menyalahi polisi syarikat agar membenarkan Alias yang langsung tidak layak menjadi ketua Sales di Kota Bharu?
3. Mengapa Jabar tidak mengambil tindakan sewajarnya kepada mana-mana kakitangan yang mempunyai kepentingan didalam kontrak dengan MAS?
4. Siapakah exco MASEU yang mampu menggunakan Mercedes Benz?
5. Masih ingat kehilangan RM 1 juta duit kesatuan? Kalau terlupa, boleh tanya Malek.

Collaboration Alias-Jabar bagaikan MAS-AirAsia, kedua-duanya merugikan kakitangan. Saya setuju bahawa MH itu MUSNAH HARAPAN.

Apalah you all ni…..now only want to bising about union. ada banyak union tapi yang paling tak guna ,itu union yang hire ex HR oranglah….Dah lama staf bawahan MAS di kelentong oleh union exco ini tapi semua bodoh. Tiap tiap AGM, orang sama juga dlm exco. Padan muka you all semua. You ingat dengan jumpa Najib boleh selesai masalh you all ke? You all semua kena tengok cermin itu diri dulu.

Kawan-kawan,

buat masa sekarang kita tak harus menunding jari kepada sesiapa samada union exco atau ahli union. Kita seharusnya bekerjasama mempertahankan hak kita di dalam syarikat. Jika kita membuat tindakan melulu seperti berpiket atau mogok, mungkin syarikat akan ambil peluang untuk mengisytiharkan ‘bXXXXXp’ dan kalau diisytiharkan secara rasminya, dengan sekelip mata hak kita di syarikat akan terus hilang, pampasan pun tak ada dan keesokannya pihak pengurusan boleh mengumumkan syarikat yang baharu dengan menggunakan lesen yang sedia ada. Pada masa itu nak tunding jari pada siapa ? Walaubagaimanapun, pesanan saya kepada Exco Union, kalian sudah diamanahkan oleh kami sebagai ahli. Jadi seharusnya exco union lebih telus dan harus kemaskinikan informasi terkini kepada para ahli supaya kami dapat bekerja dengan fikiran yang tenang dan tidak dalam keadaan tertanya tanya

MAS Union kalau tak berani nak lawan syarikat elok berhenti je jadi exco..buat ape nak guna nama exco Union tapi penakut..

Staff MAS patut buang je exco-exco ni..tak layak jadi orang UNION

One hand the two idiots (AJ and Rashdan the crony) in MAS telling the world that MAS is in finical problems. On the other hand this crony Rashdan still on a spending spree it seems. After RM18 million sponsorship to QPR, a pariah team owned by a pariah, now he is doing all the cosmetic changes to spend MAS money. This is what we are talking about leakages.

YB should hantum them in Parliament this March. We the rakyat keep on signing the the Petition until Najib hears us and sack Azman Mokhtar, Rashdan and AJ. That will be the time when we can say that MAS is safe.

Recalcitrant: Thanks for the insight…I stopped reading the newspapers a long time ago….yes, invariably it will lead to all you mentioned, that’s the idea I guess. Hmmm…doing it very differently from the 80′s when changes were made to support the ‘austerity drive’…..seems like they are on a ‘spending spree’ now!!

Hahaha..that Jabar guy (retired HC staff) himself is a joke. Dunno anything except kipas the big bosses. Only good at talking, work zero. His staff in HC once said he doesnt even know how to use the email. His staff has to do it for him. Before his term expired, people said he tried hard to sell himself (lobby) for extension, up to MD and Chairman, but LUCKILY they didnt extend him, otherwise hancur ini company. Because he always create trouble between management and union, never say the true things. And his boss, Yusuf, also doesn’t know anything so always follow this Jabar guy. This jabar can control him one. No wonder MASEU take him as advisor, as MASEU also is a joke. Hahahahaaaa….joke…joker…
