(I’m assuming u r doing ur job-for MAS INTEREST lah). I am damn sure u keep urself updated on this blog. If not u urself read it, your PA, sec, assistant or watever you wanna call it read this blog and brief you. I think there were few things (if not many) that u started to fulfill ur employee’s requests. Owh by the way, I’m one of the employees. But what about this Azhari Dhalan here boss? What are you trying to do? Or who are you trying to please? Or you sudah kena ikat? So many contracts we’ve lost to other people, so many incidents and most importantly – the dissatisfaction of MAS staffs. Hey, anak buah u la boss… Pekerja2 yg diketuai oleh awak wahai Encik Jauhari! Why are u putting other people’s interest at the top instead of we down here that work so hard for this beloved company? Don’t say u love this company lah. One year is not enough for you to love MAS. But that’s not your fault. May be if jodoh u with MAS lama, then u will understand. Please do your job boss. Do it sincerely. So many things people wrote here, takkan u xde akal nak fikir. You are the CEO man! Can u please tell us why is Azhari still around? Stop shooting emails asking us to unite, focus on the job bla bla bla… We always focused down here, but watching company lost so much money for nothing really hurts. Enough la boss. U tak kesian ke kat all of us yg trying so hard exposing those hanky panky things that have been going on? U think GE Man likes to expose all these bad things about the company to the whole world if not for his love to this company? And not to mention other people also. Boss, why those who were parachuted into MAS had gone except for this botak? What the hell is happening? We’ve been asking many times here but u r not answering. Sudah lah tu boss. When the solution doesn’t work, they leave saying that they were hindered from doing what they need to do because of too many roadblocks. |
