Yea MAS ground crew are generally less polite in most of my encounters while one of the flight crew begging passenger to buy items from “temptations” magazine to meet up his own sales quota.

Please learn from Korea Airlines crew especially the ground crew, they are so polite and professional when dealing with customers.

AJ should have been advised that retraction of an email that lengthy is a no-no, whether it’s within two hours or two days. The impression created is that AJ did not have a free hand in the messaging. Staff reading both will make comparisons. It seems like the Board chairman was not happy with the first email because the board’s endorsement of Danny and his “sterling” character and performance did not come across strong enough. Notice how that part was padded up in the second email ? AJ should have had the strength of conviction to stand by his first email. The Board sentiments can be expressed in another email which can be sent closer to the date of Danny’s actual departure. Poor AJ is not getting the right ‘strategic’ advice in messaging.

Without any delay further, I had logde a complain to DBKL with ticket no 28493.052861 regarding the illegal stalls setup along jalan danau saujana 1 between PV10 & PV13 condo. I hope you can help us to follow up this case with the dbkl authority.My concern is always to have a proper and clean place to stay and of coz create more better image to our area.

Before sucked up to the Pariah. Now to Nanny Danny. Disgraceful AJ.

What have been published have not been denied by Nanny Danny or AJ himself. WTF are you talking about Nanny Danny has been vilified and maligned in blogsphere?

You are he same? You have not denied that you have gave up MAS Sydney route to AA X? You signed the RA with the lowest of the low fares never before in MAS history. You never denied that also.

MAS sent out e-mail at midnight on 18-3-2012 to say that you have signed the RA when the RA was dated 28-3-2012. Don’t tell us that you and the Pariah signed the RA just past midnight!

Soon you will say that you have been also vilified and maligned. Just pack you things and get lost. You bring shame to MAS with your two e-mails within 2 hours.

It will be very interesting from now onwards. Newspaper reports said that Rozman will be leaving MAS and rejoining AirAsia and Bernard Francis will also be rejoining Airasia. All this will be announced next Monday when TF reveals his management team from Asean and regional set ups.Those who left MAS with bitter feelings will definitely want sweet revenge. So MAS have to buckle up to show the world that they can turnaround without these so called brilliant people.

It’s also interesting to note that whilst PM Najib had used his magical wand to instruct the unwinding of the share suap, he also said in the papers today that the CCF failed because there was no cooperation from the employees/unions. Oucchhh….that hurts PM. Now now, don’t you put the blame on the employees pulak.

But my dear MAS management, please revisit your fares. They are high compared with other carriers. And your planes are not as new as your competitors. How many fly on the front end? Even most companies now have a policy for staff to travel economy class for flight less than 6 hours. I believe MAS senior management also practise the same. Even compared with other full service carriers, you fare is still high. Just like Tan Sri Aziz said in a newspaper report, the travel pattern has changed from the past 10-20 years ago. FSC must compete with LCC.

My analogy is simple: How many actually do their grocery shopping at Mercato@Pavillion or Cold Storage? And how many flock the likes of Giant, Tesco, Carrefour? Even the rich go to these hypermarts because they get what they want. They may not be able to find a RM25 pack of cheese but they get a RM14 pack of cheese that tastes about the same. So, revisit Firefly’s operation. It used to give a good competition to Airasia. And MAS, please do improve on your customer service on the ground and in flight. Tolonglah jangan pilih bulu. Bila mat salleh je baru nak layan lebih2. The last I checked, a smile still doesn’t cost a thing even to fellow Malaysians.
