The owners knew very well that this David Lim is hanging on to cari makan in Danau Kota with the help of Yew Teong Look, the MCA man.

YB please get TNB to check on the electricity meters of the common area whether they have adjusted. Why should the owners be paying maintenance charges when Danau kota Management services sdn bhd and David Lim didn’t pay the electricity and water bills.

Typical of MCA leaders at work. Making profit from the people without regards to their welfare. We will reject MCA.

How could TNB allowed such a huge debt of RM480k? The Management of TNB must take all actions to investigate why such debts allowed to be owed by this unscrupulous management?

YB please assist the owners as they have been exploited by David Lim and his political master.

All will be well only when there is no problem. When accident happened then all hells will break loose. They will have to run for cover. In the mean time, the DCA fellows better pray hard for no mishap.

Meter air untuk kesemua flat adalah dibawah kawalan David Lim. YB sila chek samada meter air telah disahkan oleh Kementerian Perdagagan dan Hal Ehwal Penggunna. Saya percaya meter air tidak disahkan.

DCA DG is a sure sweet n smooth talker
.a man of talk but no action.He is gelled with those operators who kaki bodek him.Go ask his second man too..those two shud be kicked out from DCA and bring in ACA to chk their backgrounds.

Each AOC costs ….eheeemmm.
