Posted: 15 Feb 2013 11:48 PM PST

Since 1983, the saga of Proton reminds Malaysians of the huge amount of public fund having been ploughed into the company. It has done badly. Posted: 15 Feb 2013 01:56 AM PST

Works Minister YB Datuk Seri Shaziman says there are 144 black areas where the risk of accidents is high in the Peninsula. The  allocation for road maintenance in these locations was RM25 million. Now it is RM60 million. The allocation for federal roads is RM37.4 million. The efficiency & quality of maintenance must be improved. Similarly, Malaysian local authorities should upgrade their road maintence service, otherwise multiple holes on the roads make motorists anxious.
