| Comment on AJ’s “People Engagement Survey” should be supported by concerned blue red Posted: 10 Oct 2012 06:55 AM PDT well, either your reliable source have unreliable memory or, – sources. the last survey was definitely more than 5yrs ago. and definitely not with this consultant. as for the money paid, i have no idea la. maybe your unreliable source have some use afterall, but even then i know the report was more than 12 pages. while i respect your concern for good leadership and management (we all do), and i am certain you are raising this out of genuine concern, i wonder if by including easily validated but inaccurate facts like the above distracts us from the crux of the issues and paint the rest of our crew as alarmists and incapable of putting our views across in a rational and positive light. |

I will be taking your complaints to the higher authority in DBKL and may also bring it up during the reply by the Minister of Wilayah Persekutuan in Parliament next week. We need to have holistic approach because designated car parks are meant for parking. Insufficient car parks will lead motorist to park their vehicles by main road side, disrupting smooth traffic flow. |
| Comment on Complaints for DBKL by Yaacob Posted: 09 Oct 2012 09:58 PM PDT Sdr Jack Merujuk kepada perbualan antara saya dan sdr pada pagi ini, untuk makluman sdr pihak kami telah pun menghubungi pejabat DBKL Wangsa Maju dan melapurkan mengenai dengan aduan sdr. Pegawai berkenaan telah bersetuju untuk pergi ke lokasi bagi pemantauan lanjut dan sekiranya aduan tersebut benar maka tindakan seterusnya akan diambil. Pihak kami juga telah menghubungi pihak Call Center dan dimaklumkan pegawai bertugas berjanji akan membawa aduan tersebut kepada Jabatan berkaitan supaya tindakan boleh disegerakan. Pihak kami akan sentiasa menghubungi pihak DBKL bagi mendapatkan maklum balas terkini dan akan menghubungi sdr bagi memaklumkan perkara tersebut.
