Comment on Cabinet must say “NO” to Tony by Sidek Posted: 03 Oct 2011 06:45 AM PDT It is a great wonder that every now and then an idiiot is electd to occupy an important position. I am talking about the newly crown head of MAS. MAS is a national institution. Only an imbecile would allow it to be convinced by the share swap. How could you ever trust it. Hope the PM with his no frills mission stop this takeover of MAS by a much smaller operator and pay for his whims and fancies. It only shows how the Malays can be taken for a ride by a … , which has been the case throughout Malaysia’s history. Hope the PM has the time to read this. Note: Have made some minor editions to avoid unnecessary problems. |

Comment on Complaints for DBKL by John Posted: 02 Oct 2011 07:39 AM PDT JOHN To YB Wee Choo Keong and Mr Yaacob Any news from DBKL regarding the Desa Setapak Morning Market? I hate to sound like I'm urging here, but from what I can see, it has no different compared with March when I first file the complaint, besides their number is getting bigger. Apparently the relocation notice given by DBKL is just another perfunctory act done by DBKL. The DBKL guys still come everyday to collect his "rental" rightfully, and I think this is the root of the problem. It is why this market exists at the first place and why they don't want to take action after that. The actual problem is in DBKL, their corruption culture. Obviously what you and Mr Yaacob have been doing for 6 months is not working, half a year should be enough to show that. Please don't take this personally, I do appreciate all your efforts so far, but I'm trying to make a point here that perhaps it is now time for you to try a different approach. Again, can something drastic and harsh be done by MP on DBKL for not doing their job? or DBKL has the full authority in deciding what to do and MP is just reporting problem from residents? I don't know, but I believe the answer is not the latter. Can this thing be taken to a higher authority and tell them that DBKL is having deliberate negligence for their personal interest? How much longer it needs to take? Can this whole thing be settled before GE13? Thank you |
