| Posted: 16 May 2011 08:19 AM PDT May 16 is also the 3-year-old birthday of my niece Chang Fu Yu, not able to celebrate her birthday with her, but I have given her a big Ubah as present when I went back to Batu Pahat last time. Hope she will grow up happily and healthily, and she will never feel that she is 2nd or 3rd class citizen in this country. :-)

It is a meaningful career, my heartfelt thanks to those taught me before especially my primary school teacher 林铭莉 and Math Lim@林汶良, 庄惠贤, 胡英兰, 谢家敏 and etc from Chinese High School. Their influence over me is beyond description. :-) I remember many of my primary school teachers. But 林铭莉老师 is the one I am truly indebted to. She built my confidence and made me believe that I could do as good as other smart kids. (More......) |

| Posted: 16 May 2011 05:43 AM PDT Article published on the Website of Chinese newspaper Chinapress.com.my 这个周末应关丹行动党支部之邀，与行动党社青团团长陆兆福和有超人之称的丘光耀到关丹开讲。 这已经是我第三次受邀到关丹演讲，可是之前两次都因故无法成行。所幸这次终于可以兑现诺言。 关丹之夜席开100桌，说实话，以目前的行情来看早已不是什么新奇事。难得的是1000人的晚宴居然能够筹获超过8千令吉的竞选基金。加上书籍的销售，一个晚上我们的所得突破1万3千令吉。308的政治海啸被云顶和金马伦这两座高山挡着进不了彭亨；可是当晚的热潮却不仅让我联想起上个月的砂拉越州选，砂州的改革之风是否已经悄悄在彭亨着陆？ 在关丹住宿一晚，因为隔天还打算参与“反莱纳斯稀土厂”的和平请愿集会。集会地点就在关丹行动党的办公室楼下。集会大约11点15分开始，彭亨行动党主席梁金福和公正党英迪拉马哥打国会议员阿占依斯迈（Azan Ismail）轮流发表简短的演说，现场气氛一片祥和。 (More......) |
