【星洲日报】张念群促政府速落实 ‧ 性骚扰法案保护女性

In conjunction with Women's Day, DAP's MP for Serdang Ms Teo Nie Ching. Seri Kembangan State Assemblyman Saudara Ean Yong Hian Wah and her fellow members from Serdang DAP service team were making their presence at morning market in Serdang to distribute free roses to women citizens.

（雪兰莪‧沙登8日讯）沙登国会议员张念群促请政府儘快落实一份完整的职场手册及性骚扰法案，以保护女性的权益。

她表示，唯一的职场手册目前並没有获得所有私人公司的接受，並加以实行。

“若真正关心女性权益，政府应儘早落实性骚扰法案。然而，在这方面的讯息，我们已经在国会中提出无数次，却一直不被政府的关注，所以至今没有下文。”

她星期二早上联同史里肯邦安州议员欧阳捍华到沙登巴剎派送1千朵玫瑰予妇女们时，发表谈话。她认为派送玫瑰花虽然只是个形式，以示对妇女们的肯定。

应效仿英国两性同工同酬

此外，她也指出，早在英国实行的两性同工同酬的课题，大马应同样效仿，以確保两性在职场上，不会因性別而获得不同的待遇。

与此同时，雪州行政议员欧阳捍华表示，他希望通过3月8日妇女节，可提高社会对它的醒觉，確保妇女们受到真正的保护。同时，他也希望妇女们可在来届大选，同样发挥妇女的力量，以促进社会和谐及进步。

【国会报道】首相署设立“第一夫人部门”?

（吉隆坡9日讯）所谓的“第一夫人部门”（弗洛姆FLOM / 英文全名:First Lady Of Malaysia）再次成为国会课题，不过，首相署部长拿督斯里纳兹里否认有“第一夫人部门”的存在。

他强调，政府并没有委派任何正式或合约职员予首相夫人拿汀斯里罗斯玛，反之是首相办公室职员协助后者履行其首相夫人的职责。

纳兹里今日在国会下议院回答行动党亚沙国会议员陆兆福的提问时说，所谓专司处理首相夫人事务及额外费用的问题因此并不存在，因为这些职员原本就是首相的职员。

他也一并回答行动党国会议员张念群（沙登），郭素沁（士布爹），倪可敏（太平）公正党丹斯里卡立（敦拉萨镇），祖莱达（安邦），回教党慕加希（巴里文打），洛洛（帝帝旺沙），拿督玛夫兹（波格先那），拿督斯里莫哈末尼查（武吉干当）以及希蒂玛丽亚（哥打拉惹），于接下来在国会期间的提问。

不过，陆兆福不满意这项答覆，他说，在首相署网站上找到“第一夫人部门”的资料，显示该部拥有6名职员，包括名特别官员1，第2名私人助理和3名特别事务助理官员。

针对此，纳兹里重申，这些职员都是隶属首相办公室，为了方便处理行政工作，如书信来往，官方邀请及国内外的邀请等，所以协助处理首相夫人的事务，而首相办公室的目录正在进行更新，主要是避免造成混淆。

首相夫人1月官访耗费13万

另一方面，纳兹里也以书面回答陆兆福昨天有关首相夫人1月份官式访问的开支详情，他说，首相夫人到沙地阿拉伯，阿曼和孟加拉的官式访问，共耗资13万4千317 76令吉仙。

他说，首相夫人于1月6日至10日受邀到沙地阿拉伯出席第十二届教育品质管理大会及发表主题演讲，接着于16日至18日受邀到阿曼，20日受邀出席孟加拉女性亚洲大学发表主题演讲。

他指出，随行的代表团成员包括妇女，家庭及社会发展部长，其他部长夫人，州务大臣夫人，这些行程皆获得内阁的批准。

[Parliament@Mac 9] First Lady of Malaysia (FLOM) part of Prime Minister Department?

A directory listing for six officers assigned to the First Lady of Malaysia (FLOM) was removed to avoid confusion, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz told the House.

"This was done when the website of the PM's Department and directory were updated," he told the Dewan Rakyat today.

rosmah mansor He was replying questions raised by by Anthony Loke (DAP-Rasah) , Teo Nie Ching (Serdang), Teresa Kok (Seputeh) and other Pakatan Rakyat MPs as to why there was a listing if no such division had been set up.

However, Nazri reiterated his parliamentary answer last December, that the 'division' was never a part of the PM's Department but simply a listing of officers seconded to help Rosmah Mansor (right) with her duties as the PM's wife.

"There are no contract or permanent staff assigned specifically to the premier's spouse.

"Instead, officers from the department, from time to time, are assigned to assist her in handling correspondence and invitations to national and international events.

As they are already employed at the PM's Department, "no extra costs are involved".
