（檳島西南區19訊）檳州房屋委員會主席黃漢偉說，檳州民聯政府並沒有廢除大型房屋計劃必須興建30%廉價單位的政策，國陣領袖及親國陣非政府組織的指責屬子虛烏有。 他說，州政府不但沒有撤銷30%的政策，還撥款5億令吉在全檳興建可負擔房屋，這種積極的房屋政策，是國陣州政府以往所沒有做到的。 "面對國陣領袖及一些非政府組織的無理抨擊，我們只有不斷做出解釋，不過事實勝於雄辯，相信數據會是最好的證明。" I-Park計劃是最好例子 他週二早上前往新港巡視I-Park廉價組屋計劃時說，I-Park廉價組屋計劃是證明州政府沒有撤銷30%廉價屋政策的最好例子。該計劃的發展商Ideal Sun City控股有限公司目前在興建超過30%的廉價單位。 "I-Park計劃有1545個單位，廉價單位佔41.6%，所以廢除30%廉價屋政策的指責是無理取鬧的。" 他說，該公司原本只申請興建共534個單位的16層組屋，這些單位佔整個計劃的34.6%，不過為了履行社會責任，該公司又申請興建多108個單位，組屋增高至19層。 他說，I-Park廉價單位自去年4月開放申請後，多達1000人提出申請，不過州政府會率先讓新港一帶被迫遷的人士獲得。 該公司首席執行員拿督黃繼梁說，該廉價組屋工程目前完成了80%，預料在今年7月建竣，每單位售價4萬2000令吉，面積為650平方呎，3房1廳。 市局發逾萬廉屋入伙證 黃漢偉在記者會上也公佈，從2008年3月至2012年12月31日間，檳島及威省市政局發出了1萬6145個中廉價單位的入伙准證，分別是檳島1萬2174個及威省3971個。 "當中有些廉價屋可能是在2008年之前興建，不過多數是在民聯執政後才興建，因此批評我們沒有興建中廉價單位是不確實的。" 他指出，同時期，檳島市政局也批准了1萬2218個中廉價單位的規劃準証，威省方面則多達3814個，這證明州政府非常積極在落實中廉價房屋計劃。 他說，國陣領袖以2009年稽查司報告指還有16萬人等待申請中廉價單位來批評州政府沒有興建中廉價單位，而事實上，16萬人的數據是國陣執政時間長期累計下來的。 "經過整理後，其實迄今只有2萬6000人等待申請，因為很多都是已獲得但沒有除名，也有一些是不符合資格或已逝世等。" （） As reported in Nanyang 黄汉伟反驳不实传言 没取消30%廉屋规定 2013-03-20 13:22
（槟城19日讯）掌管槟州房屋委员会的行政议员黄汉伟反驳，传言指州政府取消发展商必须兴建30%廉价屋的规定，存有误导性。 "州政府不但继续固定发展商必须兴建30%的廉价屋，更有发展商兴建超过30%的廉价屋。" 部分建逾30%廉价屋 他说，国阵及一些非政府组织经常歪曲及发表不确实的言论，这时更引用纳粹宣传部长戈培尔（Joseph Goebbels）"谎话说了100次，就会变成真理"的伎俩。 "针对这些传言，我并不能每一次都回应，只能提出数据及亲身到场巡视来解释，毕竟我还需要到很多地方去巡视。" 巡视I-Park廉价组屋 他举例，就如位于新港，目前已完成80%工程的I-Park廉价组屋，发展商兴建了1545间房屋，其中必须要有30%即464间的廉价屋，但发展商决定兴建16层534单位，即是34.6%。 "而发展商早前提呈建议书要求增建至19层642单位，也已经被接纳，这也代表增加了108单位，发展商兴建廉价屋的比例是41.6%。" 他是于周二早上，到I-Park廉价组屋巡视时，这么说。 出席者包括双溪槟榔区州议员郭庭源及Ideal Sun City控股有限公司总执行长拿督黄继梁等。 完成前朝5搁置计划 黄汉伟说，民联州政府在执政后，已经完成5个在前朝国阵政府时期被搁置的发展计划，其中包括位于亚依淡珍美园、白云山高峰园、威南英达园及威北的直落阿逸斗哇园。 "此外，国阵也引用总审计司报告，指槟州目前有16万人等待购买房屋，但是这些数据是国阵时期累积下来的，经过2008年至2010年的更新后，现只有2万6000人。"  |

Wong Hon Wai, Chairman of the State Town and Country Planning, Housing and Arts Committee, said these 47 projects have already obtained certificate of occupancy from the Penang Municipal Council and Seberang Prai Municipal Council. "At the same time, 12,246 LC and LMC units have also been granted planning approval." Before this, the Sekretariat Rakyat Bersatu Pulau Pinang on Saturday has organised simultaneous demonstrations at Jelutong, Permatang Pauh, Teluk Kumbar, Tasek Gelugor, Kepala Batas and other areas, over the alleged insufficiency of affordable housing in Penang. In response, Wong reiterated that the state government has also set aside RM500 million to build 19,172 homes. "Registration for 13,320 affordable housing units in Jalan S.P. Chelliah and Batu Kawan, which was launched last month, has attracted more than 17,000 applicants...The state government also restored abandoned and neglected houses in the state which were left vacant for over a decade," he explained. He was responding to the simultaneous demonstrations on Saturday organised under the Sekretariat Rakyat Bersatu Pulau Pinang umbrella in Jelutong, Teluk Kumbar, Permatang Pauh, Kepala Batas, Tasek Gelugor and several other areas to highlight their unhappiness over Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng's failure to build affordable houses in the state.
