Integrity for all projects to help people Posted: 22 Feb 2013 11:31 PM PST Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Khaled has suspended all federal projects in the state including roads and infrastructure, pending an appeal against a High Court ruling that the Sepang Municipal Council had no authority to issue a notice to remove the Automatic Enforcement System (AES) cameras. How many contractors for these projects are appointed as a result of open tender? How many projects are implemented truly to help the people? How much of the billions spent are value for money? The Selangor Menteri Besar is trying prevent the public for having been short-changed. |
Open tender for all school projects Posted: 22 Feb 2013 11:25 PM PST Open tender for all school projects In the 2013 budget, the development expenditure for education is RM38.7 billion & the maintance allocation is RM1 billion. YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin talks about RM10 million for repairs of schools in Pensiangan. We need truly open tender & effective supervision of all projects, so that all leakages and inefficiency can be prevented. |
The quality of new Malaysian doctors Posted: 22 Feb 2013 02:14 AM PST The Government says that the Malaysian Medical Council supervises about 4,000 medical graduates (housemen) a year, giving credentials. The public are very concerned about the quality of these doctors from 35 medical schools in the country & 350 universities overseas. The system of effective supervision & training is important. |
