| The Government ignores legal principle Posted: 23 Aug 2012 12:29 AM PDT The Central Government insists that Section 114A of the Evidence Act stays because of more serious things such as terrorism. This section requires the accused to produce evidence. On the other hand, legal principle needs the prosecution to find evidence. The Government is against legal principle.  |
