MAS will definitely go into the drain.TF will do anything to pursue the Malay idiots to shut down MAS. No More Malaysia Airline with the identity of Malaysia. Welcome to the new airlines after this with all the stewardesses wearing skirt/mini skirt like Air Asia. No more kebaya. no more Malaysia. that is what TF is. duit and kekuasaan is better than country and sensitivity. sedih.

Tan Sri Md Nor Md Yusof also brought in MAt Salleh consultants when he was the MD of MAS. What happened? MAS still had problems which have been unsolved for years since after Tan Aziz left MAS.

AJ: please take note MAS problems are about LEAKAGES in MAS and it does not need an organisation chart to solve. It needed the political wills of the management. Definitely it cannot be done by those who have been involved in the previous managment or consultants of the previous management like Rashdan, Tan Sri Md Nor, Datuk Azman Yahya also from SCOMI (under WAU) and Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar.

The management must also be beware of the ” good smaritan” like Tony who have been shown to be telling lies and spinning. He is just a good spinning doctor at best. Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and Rashdan knew about this very well because they are all good friends.

When it comes to our national asset like MAS, all friendship becomes secondary importance. The national interest must come first which Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and Rashdan are incapable of differentiating.

I will put them in writing to DBKL for immediate actions. I know it is getting unbearable. Please call my personal assistant En Yacob at 41433322 or 0122186929 and he will be able to brief you with the actions have been taken by us. I regret to note about the noise level which is becoming very unbearable.

I regret to learn about the situation is getting worse by the day. I hope that this matter can come to end with its relocation as soon as it is practicable.

This matter has been discussed during the last meeting between Datuk Bandar KL and the MPs in WP. We have been informed that DBKL has agreed that the pasar malam had to be moved to another place away from residential area.

DBKL is looking into the logistic. We were informed that DBKL is now in the stage of registering the particulars of hawkers (census) for the purpose of relocating. I have been writing to them for status and am still waiting for a reply. I am equally concerned about this outstanding issue that I have inherited from the previous MP. I am mindful of this problem and have been chasing DBKL for a quick relocation and the said pasar malam has created too many social problems for the area.

I really am sorry that the matter could not be solved as expected.

I will keep you and the other residents informed as soon as I hear from DBKL. Please rest assured that I have been following this matter.

Noise Disruption From Pasar Malam Danao Kota (10pm To 4am Midnight Daily)

Dear YB Mr. Wee & Pihak Berkuasa DBKL,

We are residents in Danao Kota & PV 12 Lake City Condo.

The "Pasar Malam Danao Kota Uptown" is opened daily (except Thursday) from 10.00am to 4a.m mid-night.

Of serious concern, surrounding areas of Taman Danao Kota and Platinum Victory Lake City Condo are over crowded with number of visitors and the "Penjaja" parked along Jalan Langkawi 6 every night after 10 p.m. except the day they are off. It was very troublesome for residents to even get home after 10pm every night.

Not only that. We are more concerned about the noise disruptions we face EVERY MIDNIGHT. KARAOKE AND MUSIC PLAYED BY THE HAWKERS ARE TOO LOUD, CONTINUED UNTIL 1.00 AM TO 4.00 AM. I live like 20th floor of the PV12 condo but still can hear the karaoke and music and played by the hawkers. Some residents stay like > 10 houses from the junction of the police station can still hear the noise. I have friends stay on the 23th floor of PV12 with small baby in their family. All these loud speakers, music, karaoke and noise are very annoying and have been disturbing our sleep, especially small babies and children. Our lives have been seriously affected, what more the disruptions are at MIDNIGHT OF EVERY DAY.

To recap, the nearby Taman Setapak (near Jln Langkawi at Teratai Mewah Condo) used to have a weekly Pasar Malam every Wednesday last time. Due to noise pollution and over crowding, the Pihak Berkuasa had ceased the Pasar Malam from operation. Contrary to this, we are truly unable to comprehend why this Pasar Malam Danao Kota is allowed to OPENED DAILY SOME MORE AT MIDNIGHT UNTIL 4.00 AM. I hope the Pihak Berkuasa could really look into this matter. Being residents in the surrounding area, OUR LIVES AND SLEEP TIMES DURING THE MIDNIGHTS HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY AFFECTED BY THE NOISE AND CARS.

If I am not mistaken, there are restrictions on noise pollution under our ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT 1974 (please correct me if I am wrong as I am a layman in laws):-

Section 23. Restrictions on noise pollution

(1) No person shall, unless licensed, emit or cause or permit to be emitted any noise greater in volume, intensity or quality in contravention of the acceptable conditions specified under section 21.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years or to both and to a further fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit a day for every day that the offence is continued after a notice by the Director General requiring him to cease the act specified therein has been served upon him.

The various types of noises such as radios, loudspeakers, shouting, etc that are likely to disturb the peace, quiet, comfort or repose of any individual in any type of residence shall be prohibited. Noise shall be deemed as a symptom of criminal behaviour. MORE SO, WE AND OUR SMALL BABIES AND CHILDREN ARE BEING DISTURBED EVERY MIDNIGHT.

Mr Wee,

As our YB of Wangsa Maju and as a lawyer, I hope you would understand our situation as we want our SMALL KIDS/BABIES AND CHILDREN to stay in a peaceful environment. Hope you will look into this matter seriously.

Merujuk kepada aduan di atas dan dengan hormatnya, kami berharap penduduk-penduduk and anak-anak kecil yang mendiami Danao Kota dapat hidup dalam keadaan dan suasana tanpa gangguan bunyi. Suara muzik, speaker, karaoke yang dimainkan oleh penjaja-penjaja pasar malam danao kota and bunyi-bunyi kenderaan-kenderaan pelawat yang datang berpusu-pusu pada waktu tidur (10.00 malam hingga 4.00 pagi) telah mempengaruhi waktu tidur kami setiap malam. Bunyi-bunyi sedemikian and kenderaan-kenderaan yang diletakkan di merata-rata amatlah dikesali. Gangguan sedemikian bukan sahaja mengganggu penduduk-penduduk dewasa, malahan yang lebih merimaskan adalah gangguan emosi terhadap anak-anak kecil kerana kualiti tidur yang terpengaruh ini akan mencetuskan masalah kesihatan, emosi and psikologi jikalau masalah ini berterusan tanpa tindakan yang sewajarnya.

Justeru itu, diharapkan aktiviti-aktiviti penjaja pada waktu tengah malam ini dapat dihentikan atau dipindahan ke tempat yang lebih sesuai.

Diketahui bahawa pasar malam terdahulu yang dijalankan di Taman Setapak (beroperasi di Jalan Langkawi pada setiap Hari Rabu, iaitu hanya sehari seminggu dari pukul 6 malam hingga 10 malam) telah diberhentikan disebabkan oleh aduan bising and kesesakan kenderaan di kawasan sekitarnya. Apatah lagi Pasar Malam Danao Kota ini yang BEROPERASI SETIAP MALAM (KECUALI HARI KHAMIS) PADA WAKTU TENGAH MALAM DARI PUKUL 10 MALAM HINGGA 4 PAGI. Kami berharap kesusahan kami sebagai penduduk di kawasan sekelilingnya dapat difahami oleh pihak DBKL.

DIHARAPKAN TINDAKAN YANG SEWAJARNYA AKAN DILAKSANAKAN SECEPAT MUNGKIN.

Dear YB, I hope you will help MAS to fight for its right and put a STOP to all these nonsense those idiots are doing. I got to know from my friends in MAS that the new management have brought in some new consultants (Mat salleh) last week for a high profile meeting in KLIA.
People must be wondering why everytime a new management takeover, they will bring in a team of new consultants and these new consultants are always the mat-salleh. Aren’t we Malaysian fit to be consultants?
It’s really sad to see Firefly terminating their jet service to Sabah & Sarawak and those are the most profitable routes. Well it looks like AA is laughing and smiling, now that Firefly is not flying there anymore.
TF, Azman Mokhtar, Rashdan aka Danny, Kamarudin Meranun, Md Nor, all of you are real idiots and sampah to the country. You guys are not only a digrace to the country but also to the people of your own race.
BRAVO YB, keep up the good work and we the RAKYAT will support you.

All the van are no roadtax & insurance drive by the boss in pasar malam Danau kota, so we are not safe in Setapak Indah & Danau Kota. if any accident happen ? Please look into this.
