Now. YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin offers a new blueprint to propel our education to world standard.      This morning, he told the House that he intended to implement the blueprint, including the training of over 56,000 English teachers. Does he want to make passing English as a subject compulsory in the Malaysian Education Certificate (SPM) examination? Has the ministry the capability to implement the blueprint successfully?
