| CLOSING REMARKS BY LIM GUAN ENG (Debate 2.0, en/cn) Posted: 08 Jul 2012 01:41 AM PDT Since Merdeka, two million Malaysians have migrated overseas because they do not see a future for themselves and for Malaysia. It is time that we don't live in our past that is filled with hatred and fear. We should look to the future filled with hope and harmony between all Malaysians. Mengapakah kita terperangkap dalam permainan perkauman Barisan Nasional yang cuba menakutan orang Melayu bahawa mereka akan kehilangan hak mereka dan jawatan Perdana Menteri. Selagi kita mendukung Perlembagaan Persekutuan, hak Melayu dan bumiputera terjamin bersama-sama dengan hak sahih orang bukan Melayu. Sekiranya Pakatan Rakyat menang, calon yang paling layak akan menjadi Perdana Menteri, iaitu Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Jangan kita biarkan Barisan Nasional terus memperalatkan isu perkauman anti-bukan-Melayu hanya untuk mengekalkan kuasa. Adakah ini menguntungkan rakyat apabila BN tak mahu jawab mana pergi RM52 bilion saham yang sepatutnya diberikan kepada orang Melayu dan bumiputera miskin. Kita mesti faham bukan semua orang Cina yang kaya. Sama juga, bukan semua orang Melayu yang miskin. Ada ramai orang Melayu yang kaya macam Tan Sri Syed Mohktar dan Pengerusi Eksekutif SYABAS Tan Sri Rozali Ismail. Mengapa minta rakyat Malaysia berbangsa Cina balik China tetapi tak tanya sama menteri Cina yang pernah pohon PR Australia. Barisan Nasional akan menggunakan perkauman untuk menakutkan kita kerana mereka sudah tiada isu lagi. Jangan kita menakutkan diri sendiri dan terus menyokong sebuah kerajaan yg bersifat kroni & rasuah. Hanya dengan perubahan kepada ketuanan rakyat dan bukan ketuanan UMNO barulah kita boleh bebaskan diri daripada rasuah dan hidup bermaruah. To attain peace Malaysians must stand united and reject those who wish to divide us by preaching racial and religious hatred. If we want to benefit from equal opportunities and realize our human potential we must stop extremists from continually degrading others as inferiors so as to uplift ourselves. Why should Allah not be allowed to be used in the Bible when it is used in the Middle East? We can only achieve harmony together. Despite our differences and diversity, Malaysians can make our common aspirations of freedom, justice, democracy and truth come true if we remember key values. That it is not who we are that is important, but what we are that is important; not the colour of our skin that is important but the content of our character; and not our past ancestry that is important but how we connect with the present and with each other to face the future. We can only be prosperous together. The time has come to focus on the economy, in employment, education and business opportunities as the conditions for prosperity. We must build human talent and be performance-based. For those who say that PR do not know how to govern, the 4 PR states of Penang, Selangor, Kedah and Kelantan have proven our ability by beating the other 10 BN states by attracting RM25 billion in investments comprising 53% of Malaysia's total investments of RM47.2 billion in 2010. For the first time in history, Penang is now the new champion of investments in Malaysia, coming out top in 2010 with RM 12.2 billion. To put the past behind us, we must end corruption. Tentang rasuah berapa banyak wang lagi yg kita nak hilang. Seorang penternak lembu yang daripada muda sehingga tua tak boleh dapat pinjaman berjuta-juta ringgit. Tetapi seorang keluarga menteri sungguhpun tak ada pengalaman menternak seekor lembu pun boleh mendapat 250 juta ringgit. Tapi wang digunakan untuk membeli kondo pula. Bukan sahaja pemimpin-pemimpin kita jadi orang terkenal, tetapi lembu kita pun terkenal. Tengoklah skandal-skandal lembu & kondo. Sampai negara Singapura yg banyak kondominium pun nak belajar macam mana boleh menternak lembu dalam kondominium. Mengapakah dalam skandal Forex Bank Negara pada tahun 90an apabila Malaysia rugi lebih 15 bilion ringgit orang yg bertanggungjawab tidak dihukum tetapi sekarang dilantik menjadi menteri dalam Pejabat Perdana Menteri? Bilakah kita nak hentikan kerugian wang ini lagi? Adakah 100 billion tak cukup? Kita nak 12 billion lagi. Jangan lupa 1 ribu billion ringgit wang haram sudah mengalir keluar dari negara. Janganlah biarkan wang negara terus disia-siakan, kita mesti berani membuat perubahan yg boleh menjaminkan kehidupan anak-anak kita. Barisan Nasional cannot reform to end corruption. Remember, if we do not end corruption, Malaysia dies. If we end corruption, BN dies. The choice is clear. To put the past behind us, we must abolish the suppression, oppression, repression of our basic human rights and freedom. How can we have a clean government when we do not have clean elections? Hanya pilihanraya bersih boleh memastikan sebuah kerajaan bersih. The next government should be decided by Malaysians and not by phantom voters or Bangladeshis or Myanmarese. Saya percaya kita mahu rakyat Malaysia dan bukan pengundi hantu atau rakyat asing yang menentukan siapa menang kalah dalam pilihanraya umum ke-13. We do not want our children to live in fear of oppressive laws as we have lived. A Pakatan Rakyat government will abolish the UUCA, the Sedition Act and the Printing Presses and Publications Act and restore local government elections. Kita tidak boleh menerima penyalahgunaan kuasa dimana rakyat Malaysia boleh mati dalam tahanan. When can we find justice for Teoh Beng Hock, Ahmad Sarbani and A Kugan? When will we have Freedom of Information & Freedom of Speech? When can we have justice that is not only done, but is seen to be done. To put the past behind us, we demand good governance and performance from our ministers. Malaysia can be an international and intelligent country. We must have digital intelligence with broadband connectivity. We must also have integrity intelligence, so ensure that only honest people are the decision-makers. We must have institutional intelligence under the rule of law. We demand good governance and performance from our ministers. Has the Transport Ministry done its duty to run our airports and seaports well? Look at the Penang International Airport whose completion has been delayed more than 3 times. And the Penang Port is to be reduced to be a feeder port and privatized to a 3rd party at the expense of Penangites. Why is there no consultation with the people of Penang to restore the port to its former glory? Instead of looking after airports and ports, the Transport Ministry is more interested in vehicle registration numbers and wants to increase the maximum traffic fines to RM2,000. Director-General of Tourism is wrongly charged of corruption but the Tourism Minister finds nothing wrong with spending RM1.8 million in doing up her Facebook page, when we all know that it can be done for free. The Health Ministry wants to privatise healthcare when it should be a public good given as an affordable right to all Malaysians. Why allow the wastage of public funds and affect the quality and affordability of drugs when drugs are bought through a middleman at higher prices when it could be bought cheaper direct from the manufacturers, some of which are operating in Malaysia. The Housing and Local Government Ministry opposes local government elections in Penang, denying our fundamental democratic right to elect our councillors and our mayors. We believe that Malaysians deserve better. For the last 50 years, the wealth of the nation has been robbed. Let us protect the future of our children by ensuring we have a people-centric government that protects you instead of harming you, that rewards you instead of stealing from you, that respects you instead of abusing your rights. Let us clean up Malaysia to save our children's future. We must put the past behind us where profits matters more than our health. Lynas concerns all of us because if Lynas is allowed to operate, Barisan Nasional will proceed with building two nuclear reactors. If we continue to put health above profits, what is the use of having all the money in the world if you cannot enjoy it healthily? The next elections shall be fought on the economy. We refuse to allow BN to use race as the issue in the next elections. We need to increase the incomes of our poor or else they will fall victims to the Ah Longs. For example, Bank Negara's Annual Report 2010 revealed that Malaysia's household debt at the end of 2010 was RM581 billion or 76 per cent of GDP, thus giving us the dubious honour of having the second-highest level of household debt in Asia. In addition, the Malaysian household debt service ratio stood at 47.8 per cent in 2010, meaning that nearly half of the average family's income goes to repaying debts. As a rule, banks would not lend money to those whose total servicing of loans exceeded one third of their income. In other words, we are spiralling into an indebted nation. According to the New Economic Model documents, the bottom 40% of Malaysian households are living with a monthly average income of RM1,500 (and three-quarters of them are bumiputera) while 60% of the households (of four persons averagely) live with a less than RM3,000 income, which is near subsistence if one lives in the cities. These are families living in fear. We will help them live with dignity and not in fear, by increasing their incomes and cutting down their costs, with a minimum wage, getting rid of monopolies, expanding internet connectivity and encouraging creativity, innovation and productivity. South Korea is a very good example of a nation that chose democracy, performance and freedom of opportunity to become a developed country. With a population of 48 million, its GDP per capita of USD20,000 is more than double Malaysia’s. But in 1970, South Korea’s per capita GDP was only USD260 compared to Malaysia’s USD380 we used to regularly beat South Korea at football. And now our children are fans of K-pop culture and their football team are regulars at the World Cup. Only when we free ourselves of fear of change, can we be free to prosper. BN cannot change. They need to be changed, for BN wants to rule by fear. Thomas Jefferson has said "When the governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny". The choice is yours, my friends. I urge you – Let us change so we can have liberty and live with dignity. ——-Mandarin Version —– 林冠英辩论闭幕词 自独立以来，200万马来西亚人已经移民到海外，因为他们看不到自己以及马来西亚人的未来。我们不要再活在充满仇恨及恐惧的过去。我们应该放眼一个充满希望及国民和谐共处的未来。 放下过去，我们必须停止种族和宗教政治。 放下过去，我们必须停止种族和宗教政治 为什么我们受困在国阵的种族游戏当中？他们恐吓马来人说马来人将失去他们的权益及马来人首相。只要我们维护宪法，马来人及土著的权利与非马来人的权利都是同样受到保护。一旦民联执政，最有资格的候选人将会成为首相，他就是首相拿督斯里安华。 我们别再让国阵继续利用反非马来人的种族课题巩固他们的权力。当国阵不愿回答原本应该拨给贫穷马来人及土著的520亿令吉股权去了哪里？这能让全民受惠吗？我们必须明白，不是所有的华人都是富有的，不是所有的马来人都是贫穷的。很多马来人也很富有，好像丹斯里赛莫达及雪放水供控股公司首席执行员丹斯里罗查里。为什么要叫马来西亚的华人"回中国"，但是从不质疑那样拥有澳洲永久居留权的华裔部长？ 国阵会继续利用种族课题吓唬我们，因为他们已经没有其它课题。我们不要自己吓自己，而继续支持这个贪污朋党的政府。唯有强调人民主权，而不是巫统主权，我们才能从贪污中解放并且活得有尊严。 若要取得和平，马来西亚人民必须团结一致，拒绝那些希望通过散布种族及宗教仇恨的人士。如果我们要获得公平机会及发挥我们人类的潜能，我们必须遏止极端分子继续抵毁其他人来抬高自己。为什么阿拉字眼可以在中东使用，却不能在本地的圣经使用？ 我们可以和谐共处。尽管我们拥有很多不同之处及多元，如果我们紧记主要价值观，马来西亚人还是可以让我们实现的共同理想：自由、公义、民主及真理。 我们是谁并不重要，重要的是我们是什么样的一个人；我们是何种肤色并不重要，最重要的是我们的内在特质；我们的过去并不是最重要的，最重要的是我们联系当下，一起展望与面对未来。 我们必须携手才能共创繁荣。我们应在此时着重于经济、就业、教育及商机这些创造繁荣与进步的要素。我们必须打造人才，一切以绩效为重。 那些说民联不懂如何治理的人士，我要告诉你，民联四州（槟、雪、吉打、吉兰丹）已经证明我们打败了国阵其它10 个州属，我们在2010年吸引了250亿令吉外来投资额，占了马来西亚总外来投资472亿令吉的53%。历史上第一次，槟城所获投资额全马居冠，在2010年达122亿令吉。 放下过去，我们必须结束贪污腐败。 关于贪污，我们究竟还要损失多少钱？一名养牛业者从年轻做到老，可能都无法贷款数千万令吉。但是，一名部长的家人，虽然没有养牛经验，却可以贷款2亿5000万令吉。而且有关贷款还可以用来购买公寓。不只我们的领袖出名了，连牛也出名了。看看养牛公寓丑闻，就连拥有很多公寓的新加坡也要学习如何可以在公寓内养牛。 为什么90年代的国家银行外汇投资亏损超过150亿令吉的丑闻没有人负责、没有人受处罚？有关人士现在还可以受委在首相署担任部长？ 我们什么时候才可以停止这种损失？1000亿令吉还不够吗？我们还要损失120亿令吉。我国约有10兆令吉的黑钱外流。不要再让国家的钱白白外流，我们必须勇敢求变，保障孩子的未来。 国阵不能改革肃贪。记住，如果我们无法终结贪腐，国家灭亡；如果我们终结贪腐，国阵灭亡。选择很明确。 放下过去，我们必须终结对基本人权及自由的压迫。 如果没有干净的选举，何来廉洁的政府？唯有干净的选举可以确保政府的廉洁。大马人必须决定下一届政府，而不是由幽灵选民或孟加拉人或缅甸人来决定。我相信，我们要马来西亚人民决定第13届大选谁胜谁负，而不是幽灵选民或外国人来决定。 我们不要我们的孩子生活在压迫性的法律下。民联政府将会废除大专法令、煽动法令、出版和印刷法令、恢复地方议会选举。 我们不可以接受滥权，甚至导致大马人民死于扣留期间。 我们还如何为赵明福、阿末沙巴尼和A 古甘讨回公道？我们什么时候才有资讯自由及言论自由？我们什么时候才可以伸张正义？ 放下过去，我们必须要求部长良好施政及表现 马来西亚可以成为一个国际和智能型国家。我们必须拥有宽频联接的数码智能。 我们必须拥有廉洁智能，确保诚实的人才是决策人。我们必须拥有法治的院校智能。我们必须要求部长良好施政及表现。 交通部长是否尽责管理我们的机场和海港？看看槟州国际机构，前前后后已经展延了超过三次。而槟州港口将会私营化、然后降级成为集散港，牺牲槟城人的利益。为什么政府没有问过槟城人民是否要恢复槟城港口从前的光彩？交通部不但没有照顾好机场和港口，他反而对车牌号码比较有兴趣，而且要把交通罚款增加至2000令吉。 我们都知道设立面子书专页是免费的。当旅游部长被揭发花费180万令吉设立面子书专页时，旅游部总监被控贪污，而旅游部长却逃过问责， 当卫生部长要私营化公共保健时，它应该是一个让全民可负担、受惠的计划。当一些药物可以直接向厂商（一些甚至在大马设厂）以低廉的价格购买，为什么有关当局允许公共资金的浪费，通过中介商购买药物，导致药物的素质、价格受影响？ 还有，房屋及地方部长反对槟城举行地方政府选举，否决了人民自行选出市议员及市长的基本民主权利。 我们相信马来西亚人值得更好。过去50年，人民的财富都被掠夺了。让我们保护我们孩子的未来，确保我们拥有一个保护人民的民本政府，而不是害民的政府，一个奖赏人民的政府而不是抢夺你的财富的政府，一个尊重人民的政府，而不是侵犯人权的政府。让我们扫除贪腐，拯救孩子们的未来。 我们必须结束那种利益比人民健康更重要的过去。莱纳斯与全民有关，因为如果莱纳斯可以操作，那么国阵将会继续兴建两座核电厂。如果我们继续用健康来交换利益，即使拥有全世界的财富，但是却不能健健康康的享用，有什么用呢？ 下届大选的重点将是经济。我们不要让国阵在下届大选利用种族牌。我们需要增加贫户的收入，不然他们将一直向阿窿借贷的受害者。国家银行2010年度报告揭露，我们家庭债务在2010年底为5810亿令吉，或相等国民生产总值的76%，让我们不禁怀疑我们已经是亚洲家庭债务第二高的国家。 此外，我国的家庭债务偿债比率在2010年为47.8%， 意味着每个家庭平均有一半的收入是用来还债的。一般上，银行不会借钱给那些债务超过收入三分之一的人士。换句话说，我们正渐渐成为过度举债的国家。 根据新经济模式的文件，大马家庭底层40%每月平均收入1500令吉（四分之三是土著），60%的家庭（每户平均四人）每月收入低入3000令吉，如果是住在城市地区，可说是接近贫穷。 这些家庭都生活在恐惧之中。我们会帮助他们活得有尊严，而不是活在恐惧之中，增加他们的收入，减少他们的开销，制订最低薪资、除掉垄断，扩大网络覆盖率、鼓励创意、革新及生产力。 南韩是一个很好的例子，他们选择民主、表现和机会自由，进而成为一个发达国家。他们拥有4800万人口，它的国民年均收入达2万美元，是马来西亚的两倍。但是，在1970年，韩国国民年均收入只有260美元，马来西亚为380美元， 我们经常在足球赛打败韩国。现在，我们的孩子是韩流文化的粉丝，他们的足球队也常见于世界杯足球赛。 唯有当我们不再害怕改变，我们才可以迈向繁荣。国阵不能改变。我们必须改变他们，因为国阵要以恐惧治国。 托马斯杰费逊说"哪里的政府害怕人民，哪里就有自由。哪里的人民害怕政府，哪里就有暴政。" 选择在于你，我的朋友们。我促请各位，改变，让我们拥有自由、让我们活得有尊严。 |
| Opening Speech at Debate 2.0 (en/cn) Posted: 08 Jul 2012 12:02 AM PDT Opening Speech by Lim Guan Eng at Debate 2.0 on 8 July 2012 CEO of ASLI Tan Sri Michael Yeoh, my learned opponent, ladies and gentlemen: Salam bersih kepada semua. Kita berkumpul di sini untuk menentukan dasar parti manakah yang lebih boleh memberi manfaat kepada rakyat Malaysia. Seharusnya, satu perbahasan patut diadakan di antara Perdana Menteri, Dato’ Seri Najib Tun Razak, dan Ketua Pembangkang, Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Malangnya Perdana Menteri enggan berbahas dengan Anwar. Adakah Najib enggan berbahas dengan Anwar kerana beliau bimbang selepas perbahasan, rakyat akan membuat pernilaian bahawa Anwar lebih layak menjadi Perdana Menteri Malaysia? In fact, MCA is not qualified to be here to discuss about policies because MCA does not decide, it is UMNO that decides. MCA claims to speak only for the Chinese, and yet only the Chinese in the Peninsula, and not the Chinese in Sabah and Sarawak. This is different from the DAP, that wants to speak for all Malaysians. DAP mahu bersuara untuk semua orang Malaysia: Melayu, Cina, India, Kadazan dan Iban, kerana kita semua rakyat Malaysia, bukan macam MCA, yang kononnya mahu mewakili orang Cina sahaja. Mengapakah mesti kita terus dipecahbelahkan mengikut kaum dan agama? Inilah kejayaan terbesar UMNO. Mereka mahu kita takut satu sama lain supaya BN boleh terus merompak harta dan kekayaan Malaysia. Tengoklah skandal lembu dan kondo. Pak cik yang ternak lembu sepanjang masa tidak dapat pinjaman berjuta-juta ringgit, tapi keluarga menteri yang tak pernah ternak lembu boleh mendapat pinjaman 250 juta ringgit yang disalahgunakan untuk beli kondo pula. Jangan-jangan orang Singapura yang ada banyak kondo nak datang ke Malaysia belajar macam mana ternak lembu di kondo. Skandal PKFZ sebanyak 12.5 bilion ringgit telah melibatkan pemimpin tertinggi MCA tetapi ahli politik yang aktif tidak dibawa ke mahkamah. Semua skandal ini MCA tidak bersuara tetapi sokong buta sahaja. Kedudukan Malaysia telah jatuh dalam persepsi rasuah Transparency International daripada 37 dalam tahun 2003 kepada 60 tahun lepas (2011). Kita harus bersatupadu sebagai anak Malaysia. Kalau kita terus dipecahbelahkan, hanya kroni-kroni dan orang-orang ataslah yang untung. Kalau kita bersatupadu, baru dapatlah kita semua menikmati hasil kejayaan ekonomi Malaysia. Mengapakah hanya pemimpin Melayu yang boleh membela hak orang Melayu, hanya pemimpin Cina yang boleh membela hak orang Cina. Tibalah masanya untuk pemimpin-pemimpin membela hak semua rakyat Malaysia dan membantu satu sama lain. For the last 50 years, we have been consumed by race and religion. For the next 50 years, let us be consumed by the task of improving the economic wellbeing and protecting the civil and political rights of our fellow Malaysians. We have many problems in our country that need to be addressed. But the biggest problem of all is the problem of corruption that results in abuse of power, low wages and an ever-rising cost of living. BN has never spoken truthfully to the Malaysian people. Let us speak truthfully now. If we can unite as Malaysians and not allow BN & UMNO to divide us, and discuss our problems together, I am convinced that we will succeed in overcoming them. DAP believes that a clean government can always perform better than a corrupt government. The DAP believes that a clean government requires open competitive tenders, full disclosure of contracts between the government and the private sector, freedom of information and the public declaration of the assets of ministers, prime ministers and chief ministers. Why is it that the Federal Government dare not follow the Penang Government in having public declarations of assets? Is it because BN leaders have too much property to hide? Kejayaan sebuah kerajaan yang bersih terserlah di kerajaan-kerajaan negeri Pakatan Rakyat. Di Pulau Pinang, kita telah mencatatkan lebihan bajet setiap tahun walaupun perbelanjaan Kerajaan Negeri dinaikkan sebanyak 55%. Kita membuat jalan, longkang, rumah mampu milik dan taman hijau. Berbanding dengan hutang Kerajaan Persekutuan yang naik ke RM480 bilion pada 31 Mac 2012, beban hutang Negeri pula dikurangkan sebanyak 95% daripada RM630 juta kepada RM30 juta, yang merupakan lagi satu rekod dalam sejarah Malaysia. Ini membolehkan wang bantuan diberikan kepada warga emas, ibu-bapa dan pelajar-pelajar sekolah dan IPTA, ibutunggal dan OKU. Semua sekolah pelbagai aliran diberikan peruntukan setiap tahun, dan bukan lima tahun sekali atau lima puluh tahun sekali, seperti BR1M RM500, yang menimbulkan soalan macam mana seorang datuk MCA dari Pahang pun boleh menerima RM500 yang diberikan kepada keluarga susah. Pulau Pinang merupakan negeri pertama di Malaysia yang menghapuskan kemiskinan tegar dan kita akan menjadi negeri pertama yang menghapuskan kemiskinan sama sekali menjelang 2015. Pulau Pinang juga merupakan negeri pertama yang memberikan WiFi percuma kepada rakyat di tempat-tempat awam di Pulau Pinang. Ada mereka yang telah mengatakan bahawa sekiranya Pakatan Rakyat melaksanakan tender terbuka, maka orang Melayu akan rugi. Tetapi di Pulau Pinang di bawah kerajaan Pakatan Rakyat, 70% daripada tender-tender terbuka telah dimenangi oleh kontraktor Melayu yang berkeupayaan. Ini membuktikan bahawa kontraktor Melayu memang berdaya saing. Sebenarnya, yang tidak berguna hanyalah kontraktor dan kroni UMNO. The DAP believes that the policies of our party and Pakatan Rakyat represent the future for our children, whereas the policies of the MCA and BN represent the past. No longer can we accept the culture of corruption and cronyism. Let us take our rights back from the BN cronies by abolishing the N-S Highway tolls and removing subsidies to the independent power producers. No longer can we accept the abuse of power that has led to Malaysians dying in custody, as happened to Teoh Beng Hock, Ahmad Sarbani and A Kugan. We must set up the IPCMC (Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission) to stop such abuses and custodial deaths. No longer can we allow our womenfolk to walk the streets and park their cars in fear. We should put policemen on patrol instead of monitoring Pakatan Rakyat politicians. No longer can we accept a policy of putting profits before the people’s health. Let us close down the Lynas rare earth plant in Kuantan and stop the building of nuclear reactors proposed by BN. No longer should Sabahans be strangers in their own land with illegal immigrants getting citizenship. Let us have a royal commission of enquiry to weed out these illegal citizens. No longer should Sabahans and Sarawakians be denied the right to their natural resources by being given royalties of only 5%. We must increase it to 20% as their rightful share. No longer should vernacular schools be marginalised. We have a right to adequate funding for mother-tongue education. No longer can we accept a slow broadband service, let us have proper broadband and free wifi in public places. No longer can we accept the cynical manipulation and division of the people of Malaysia by race and religion when we should be united by common principles of justice, freedom and democracy. Let us ensure that a minority Malaysian such as Bersih co-chairman Dato’ Ambiga Sreenivasan is not hounded and persecuted because she is an Indian, a Hindu and a woman. —–Mandarin Version —- 林冠英辩论开场白： 我们今天聚集在这里，决定哪一个政党政策能够为马来西亚人民更多好处。其实，首相纳吉和在野党领袖应该进行一场辩论，可惜，首相不愿意和安华辩论。纳吉不愿意和安华辩论，是不是因为他担心辩论之后，人民会评估认为安华更有资格做我国的首相？ 事实上，马华没有资格在这里讨论政策，因为不是马华做主，而是巫统做主。马华只对华人说话，而且是马来半岛的华人，不包括沙巴和砂拉越的华人。这与行动党不同，我们要对全国人民讲话。行动党要为全体马来西亚人说话，包括：马来人、华人、印度人、卡达山和伊班人，因为我们都是马来西亚人，不像马华，只是要代表华人而已。 为什么我们要因种族和宗教而分裂？这是巫统最大的功劳。他们要我们互相害怕，以让国阵可以继续掠夺马来西亚的财富。看看养牛公寓丑闻。养了一辈子牛的伯伯恐怕没有办法借到数千万令吉的贷款，但是，没有养过牛的部长家庭，竟然可以贷款2亿5000万令吉，还滥用这笔钱来买公寓。搞不好拥有很多公寓的新加坡人也可以在我国学习要如何在公寓养牛。巴生自由贸易区125亿丑闻也涉及马华的最高领袖，但是，那些活跃的政治人物却没有被提控上庭。马华针对这些丑闻一句话也没有说，只是盲目的支持而已。马来西亚在国际透明组织的贪污印象指数已经从2003年的37名，下跌至2011年的60名。 我们应该以马来西亚人的身分团结一致，如果我们继续分裂，只会让朋党及有权有势的人得利。唯有全国人民团结一致，我们才能够共享国家经济繁荣的果实。 为什么只有马来领袖才可以捍卫马来人的权益？只有华人领袖才可以捍卫华人的权益？是时候让领袖捍卫全体人民，让各族领袖帮助各族人民。 过去50年，我们把很多时间浪费在种族和宗教的纠结上。接下来50年，让我们把时间花在如何改善经济条件、如何捍卫人民的政治权利？ 我们的国家有很多问题需要解决。最大的问题是贪污导致的滥权、低工资及百物上涨。国阵从来没有对人民说真话。让我们说真话。如果我们可以马来西亚人民的身分团结一致，不让国阵和巫统分裂我们，一起讨论问题，我相信我们可以克服这些问题。 行动党相信，一个廉洁的政府可以比贪污的政府做得更好。行动党相信一个廉洁政府需要公开招标、公布政府和私人界的合约、制定资讯自由法、公布部长、首相及州务大臣/首长的财产。为什么联邦政府不愿效仿槟州政府公布民选高官财产？是不是因为国阵领袖有太多资产要隐埋？ 廉洁政府的成就可以在民联州政府身上看到。在槟州，我们破记录，在开销上升55%的情况下，每年财政都有盈余，我们建造道路、水沟、可负担房屋及公园。在债务方面，联邦政府的债务从2012年3月31日增加至4800亿令吉，槟州的债务破记录从6亿3000万令吉缩减至3000万令吉。这让州政府可以派发援助金乐龄人士、父母、学生、单亲妈妈和残障人士。各源流学生每年都获得制度化拨款，不是五年一次或是50年一次，正如一马援助金500令吉，人民怀疑为什么彭亨的马华拿督可以获得分派给贫穷人士的500令吉。槟州也是全马第一个扫除赤贫的州属，我们也立志在2015年成为全马第一个扫除贫穷的州属。槟州也是全马第一个在公众场所提供免费无线上网的州属。 一些人说一些民联推行公开招标，马来人就会吃亏。但是，槟州在民联的领导下，70%的工程合约都是由有能力的马来承包商竞标获得。这证明马来承包商的确有竞争能力。事实上，没有能力的是巫统承包商和朋党。 行动党相信我们和民联的政策代表孩子的未来，而马华、 国阵的政策已经走入历史。我们不再接受贪污和朋党的现象。让我们从国阵的朋党手中拿回我们的权益，废除南北大道收费站，取消供给独立发电厂的津贴。我们再也不能接受滥权导致马来西亚死于扣留期间，像赵明福、阿末沙巴尼及A古甘那样。我们必须成立独立警方投诉及行为不检委员会（IPCMC），以遏止这种滥权及扣留期间的死亡案件。我们再也不能让我们的女性带着恐惧走在街上、停车场。我们必须让警方参与治安巡逻，而不是利用他们来监视民联的政治人物。我们再也不能接受政府不理人民的健康死活，利字当先。让我们关闭关丹稀土厂，并阻止国阵兴建核电厂。 沙巴人在自己的土地上，也不应和获得居留权的非法移民同样被视为陌生人。让我们成立皇家调查委员会，一并扫除这些非法移民。沙巴人民及砂拉越人民应享用天然资源的权利，不应再继续被否定，他们仅获得5%的石油税，我们应该增加至20%。国小以外的各源流学校不应该被忽视。我们有权利为各源流小学准备充分的拨款。我们再也无法接受缓慢的宽频服务，让我们在公共场所拥有适当的宽频及免费上网。 我们再也不能接受任何人以种族和宗教之名操纵及分裂马来西亚人民，我们应该在正义、自由及民主的共同原则下团结。让我们确保马来西亚的少数民族如：净选盟联合主席拿督安美嘉不因为她是一名印度人、兴都徒及女性，而遭欺凌、迫害。 |
