The Government signs concession agreement and additional agreement with Puspakom to ensure its service and to prevent irregularities such as corruption. We continue to receive complaints of irregularities about Puspakom. The Government should consider seriously an alternative to Puspakom. Let vehicle owners have an alternative. This will encourage a healthy competition, transparency and better service. |

We need effective strategic plan to enforce the provisions in the bill. |
