He must be able to show us the details of the things he has carried out including how clean and efficient the public service is. There is improvement in the issuance of passport. But, the public feel that the constraints in government departments do not change much. |

It must improve the management of its fund so that truly poor students are not unduly burdened with a loan. There must be no wastage or irregularities. |
PTPTN must be managed effectively & accountability Posted: 08 Jun 2012 03:34 AM PDT National Higher Education Fund Corporation, PTPTN, has given out RM43 billion to students. It has collected back only RM3.1 billion. Now, it freezes its loans to students in Unisel, apparently because Pakatan Rakyat has advocated free education. Will it unfreeze? The most important is that allocations for education must be managed effectively and with accountability. |
