Merujuk kepada aduan Sdr, sebagaimana yang pihak kami telah jelaskan pada jawapan kami minggu lepas bahawa pihak kami akan dan terus mendesak pihak DBKL supaya mengambil tindakan berterusan terhadap gerai-gerai tanpa lesen dan berstruktur tetap berkenaan. Selain daripada itu pihak kami juga amat berharap kerjasama dari pihak Sdr dan penduduk-penduduk untuk membuat aduan dan desakan terhadap pihak JMB/ MC di perumahan yang terlibat. Ini akan akan lebih berkesan dimana pihak JMB/ MC juga perlu menjalankan tanggungjawab mereka untuk mengambil tindakan terhadap gerai-gerai berkenaan dimana gerai-gerai tersebut berada didalam kawasan dan kawalan pihak JMB/ MC. Pihak kami akan terus mendesak pihak DBKL supaya mengambil tindakan yang berterusan mengikut undang-undang yang sedia ada terhadap gerai-gerai berkenaan sehinggalah masalah kacauganggu ini dapat diselesai dan diatasi. There was no proper due diligence done before entering into the contracts. This is one of the serious leakages in MAS. We hope that MACC will move in to investigate. Any investigations by the management will be unacceptable as it end up covering up. The answer given by MAS management or Khazanah was not even half truth. MAS staff want blood. We have had enough of being told that MAS had to cut our benefits. We don’t mind but with such big leakages like this it was just not fair. MACC must get the head of Engineering Department an Business Development to answer for this. |
| Posted: 07 Nov 2011 09:14 AM PST Old Man Why are you running Malaysian hero down like that? MAS need this liar otherwise MAS wouldn’t have sponsored QPR home jersey for RM18 million. MAS will also go under without this hero, lobbyist, dr spinner and etc. He had to twist his facts otherwise how was he going to get Malaysians and the government to believe him. The hero has also said he got very little help from Badawi but Najib and Mahathir. We all knew that he got a big leg on from Badawi during the 4th Floor Administration. He also said that “if you price the fare low enough, Malaysians will risk their life. This is his business model. God bless Malaysia. This is the hero that is going to save MAS. |
| Comment on Complaints for DBKL by Anonymous Posted: 07 Nov 2011 08:47 AM PST Salam YB dan En Yaacob Aduan Struktur Tetap Dan Penjaja Haram Di Seksyen 1, Wangsa Maju. Selepas lebih setahun saya membuat aduan demi aduan terhadap perkara di atas namun masih tiada lagi tindakan yang diambil oleh DBKL terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Ini bermakna DBKL bukan sahaja tidak menghormati hak penduduk juga tidak menghormati YB sebagai wakil rakyat yang dipilih oleh kami. Dan peniaga – peniaga haram ini semakin angkuh dan berani. Sekiranya pejabat YB tidak dapat membantu kami selain menghantar surat demi surat kepada DBKL maka siapa lagi yang dapat membantu kami? Berilah kami jalan keluar terhadap permasalahan yang telah berlarutan sehingga lebih tiga tahun lamanya. Husaini Hassan |
