Terima kasih.

Dear John

Please rest assured that En Yacob and I are doing our best to get the hawker in Taman Setapak relocated as soon as possible. Although I do know that certain people was trying to play
politics by asking DBKL to delay the relocation but i believe he will fail because DBKL officers also understand your frustration and that Teman Setapak is not a suitable place for Pasar Pagi. Even though I don’t live in your area I do understand and appreciate your problems and frustration with the Pasar Pagi. Just like I do with the residents near the nightly Bazar Larut in Danau Kota. I have also been pressing DBKL to relocate the hawkers to a suitable place far away from residential areas. It may take a little more time but i believe that together we can get the hawkers to be relocated soon. We are never against the hawkers or any Malaysia to earn a decent living but we asking for their co-operations to move to a suitable place for trading where they can trade with no worry.

Let work together to make Wangsa Maju a better place for all. Selamat Raya to my Muslim friends and readers.

Thank you John and others for your kind understanding.

Regards

The termination of JB Kuching and JB K Kinabalu Firefly routes was a clear evidence of Rashdan, the Danny little boy, thinking that he is a corporate player with high qualifications, therefore he can bullshit. Even an idiot will know that this decision was made to help his close friend, Tony/AirAsia.

Was this how the little Danny boy trying to help MAS and Firefly? My little Danny please go and learn more from your taiko to do all the bullshit.

PM must quickly step in to sack this little Danny boy first before it is too late. Thereafter, the rest of them like Azman Yahya, Md Nor and Azman Mokhtar will then be back to line.

JOHN

Taman Desa Setapak

To YB Wee Choo Keong and Mr Yaacob

From my conversation with Mr Yaacob this morning, i came to understand that there are no dateline for the notice given to the illegal morning market for relocation. If that the case, meaning that all the hawkers are not allowed to hold market in Desa Setapak starting from the day they received the letter. But the thing is, a month has passed since the notice has issued, and they are still doing business here. Can something be done by DBKL? maybe to conduct operation to confiscate the goods and equipment for failing to comply with the relocation notice. We residents have already suffer enough.

Thank you very much, we really appreciate what you doing.

Thank you Mr Anonymous @ 5:42 pm

I am aware of that Maybank Bhd bought BinaFikir Sdn Bhd in 2008 and it cost Maybank Bhd RM8 million. This has been confirmed. This fact will be in one of my next postings on this subject matter.

I am also aware that Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar left BinaFikir Sdn Bhd in 2004. He was appointed as the Managing Director of Khazanah Nasional Bhd during the Tun Abdullah Badawi’s administration. At the time of the said purchase by Maybank Bhd, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof was still in the company.

He has also left BinaFikir Sdn Bhd for reasons best known to himself and Maybank Bhd. Now he is the newly appointed Executive director of MAS. Presumably he is in MAS to look after Khazanah’s interests in MAS.

Well, I hope that En Mohammed Rashdan (Danny) was not responsible for the termination of Firefly’s profitable routes from JB to Kuching because it was an ill thought out decision, where no credible businessman would have done unless he or she has other agendas in mind. Please don’t ask me who was responsible for the termination of the said profitable routes.

To date no one from MAS or Khazanah dare to deny this. But if you were to go to the Firefly’s website and try your luck to purchase tickets from 15th September onward from JB to Kuching, it will show no flight available. The email dated 25-8-2011 that was published above, was the from MAS HQ to all its agents. This must be true. The newly appointed directors, Tan Sri Mohd Nor, En Mohammed Rashdan (Danny), Datuk Azman Yahya, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes and Datuk Kamarudin Meranun “udah menjadi bisu”. Hope not deaf and dumb! We must put all the pressures we can to make them realise that the said share swap was not meant to save MAS and all the new appointments were not made in the best interests of MAS and Firefly. It should be stopped at all costs.

Sdr In a day or two, I will be putting up a few interesting postings showing glaring facts of appointment of new people into MAS, most, if not all are, of whom are old people who are part of the management that caused MAS to be in what it is today. Please watch out.

Thank you for your comments and all the comments by other readers. May I also take this opportunity to wish all my Muslim readers and their families “Selamat Hari Raya”.

With kindest regards

Khazanah is sooooo stupid idiot or just act stupid for their crony benefit….. You let the rival be in your board or director and most stupid is be in exco comittee to set the direction for MAS and firefly…Hallloooooo so call inteligence graduates…DO YOU THINK TONY MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO HELP MAS AND FIREFLY OR TO ELIMINATE THE COMPETITION FROM FIREFLY AND MAS….?????? MAS much better than airasia in term of service and net working….if MAS operate like airasia of course MAS can make profit..charge every single things…just compare the benefit of MAS crew and airasia crew…airasia crew take own transport or public bus to work…..

Khazanah is bailling out airasia…airasia X IPO have to postpone before becaouse investor dont have trust in airasia x future….Khazanah give CPR to airasia…but tony twist the fact……

This definetly another “budak tingkat 4″ works….stupid decision been made in rush and quite…like robber…Wake up…Khazanah is helping airasia…Airasia NEED MAS MORE THAN MAS NEED AIRASIA….

Dear YB,

Since we are on the subject of Bina & Fikir, I was wondering what happened to the purchase of Bina Fikir shares by Maybank? Was this also the outcome of Bina first Fikir later?

The following extracts from the Edge:

"On Aug 27, 2008, Maybank announced that it had entered into a share sale agreement to acquire BinaFikir for RM8 million and appointed the latter's directors, Rashdan and Feisal Wan Zahir, as chief operating officer and head of investment banking respectively. The purchase of the entire stake in BinaFikir was believed to ensure the continuity of the existing mandates of the company.

Industry observers were not surprised by Maybank's acquisition because two years ago, Aseambankers and Binafikir were exploring the possibility of a tie-up. In February 2005, Maybank obtained Bank Negara Malaysia's approval to initiate discussions with BinaFikir on a possible tie-up with Aseambankers, but the merger talks ended in November the same year.

Extracts from the article appeared in Corporate page, The Edge Malaysia, Issue 797, Mar 15-21, 2010."

When an acquisition of a company is made, there will be a goodwill value attached, hence normally the acquisition price is higher than the book value of the company. As the years go by, would there still be value from the acquisition of Bina Fikir since all those head honchos have left the company? If you buy a consultancy firm, the value is in the people you invest, rather than the assets (which normally is minimal). So what is the value left from the Bina Fikir acquisition by Maybank, once the key staff resigned? Was it a fanciful deal & at the end of the day left Maybank to fikir of the reason & justification for the purchase? Any thoughts?

Regards

What else to say? so obvious want to kill Firefly. Now cancellation of flights from JB to KK and hari raya flights cancelled. Rashdan the Bina Tiada Otak boy should also cancel all flights by Firefly. Firefly instant death will definitely please Rashdan’s friend, Tony.

Just cannot believe a Khazanah rep in MAS can do a thing like this. What is the PM doing about these glaring rubbish by this Bina Tak Fikir boy?

Kepada Penduduk-Penduduk Dan Pengadu

Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri, Maaf Zahir Dan Batin.

Terima kasih.
