I knew for a fact that you have reported about KP Property working until very late at nights. I have also reported about its inconsiderate behavior on your behalf. But all reports were in vain. The DBKL Flying Squad was sleeping alll the way. We all know why DBKL officers were sleeping. I dare not explain. It was until brought it up in Parliament that DBKL had to act under the instructions of Datuk Bandar himself. Datuk Bandar was kept in the dark by the Call Centre and the LSleeping Squad”. I shall pursaue the complants stated by you regarding set back and the Development Order. I really am glad that the rsidents in Diamond can now live in peace. Good night. To all. Comment on Jawapan Bertulis 24 April 2011: Pembinaan Luar Masa di Wilayah by Tee Ban Hoe Posted: 30 Jun 2011 08:46 AM PDT Dear YB Wee and En Yaacob, I would like to report that my wife received a phone call from a representative of KP Property from a mobile phone number 012 – 205 9305 this evening about 5.25pm 30/7/2011. I suspect the person wished to meet the Diamond Residences Condo JMB/MC to discuss and resolve issues and complaints resulting in their total work suspension. In my opinion, this is DBKL issues now. Perhaps it’s already too late for any discussions and I think the only eventual outcome or solution is to demolish the building and re-start the process of K5, architect structure/design submission to DBKL etc otherwise the suspension should stay permanently. With the little knowledge I know on the Building Act, the DBKL or local council have the power to revoke any prior approvals. Other than the above said and whatever been said previously, DBKL must always protect the interest of the tax & assessment payers because these are ones who pay their salaries and now we are demanding transparency in how this project was approved in the first place. Just an example is the Platinum Victory, Prima Setapak Condo projects, even in the same development phase, their condo building are so far apart and I believe it is for a good reason. Just to illustrate how close the 222 Condo is to the Diamond Residences Condo, the 2 cranes currently installed on each end of the 222 building site can hit Diamond Residences Condo if its swing on horizontal basis loses control. If the cranes fall to the ground, depending on which directions, it may hit the Furlong Apartment or Diamond Residences Condo. I hope these scenarios do not happen and DBKL must take the necessary actions to remedy this situation which they created immediately and now. And we do not wish to hear in future that this is an accident or an act of God should there be deaths or injuries to any adjacent residence or passing cars. I wish YB Wee and En Yaacob can continue to pursue this issue with DBKL and ensure that they take the necessary stern actions asap. Thank you & Best Regards, Tee Ban Hoe |
