Posted: 31 Dec 2012 08:07 AM PST What the heck is wrong with Malaysia Airlines reservation system? Being number 130 in queue and to expect a callback in 70 minutes is BEYOND EXPECTATION (pun intended) if not outright ridiculous! Best part is, the CALL BACK system says to leave a number for them to call back but suprise, suprise – there is no way to leave a number !! Why the heck call yourself a 5 star airlines when the entire system is rotten to the core. And then I get this (M)ost (H)orrible online experience. The golden shine that MAS once had has truly gone to the dogs if not down the drain. From self serving directors to mindless managers, complete with demoralised and disheartened frontline, cabin crew and service staff. I even doubt if this feedback would ever get a response from MAS. Is this what happens when you leave your National Airlines reservation/booking system to be run by a third party (EXPEDIA) that is actually owned by Air Asia Go Holidays! Deliberate sabotage or coincidence??? |
Comment on WIshing all Malaysians a Merry Christmas by weechookeong Posted: 31 Dec 2012 02:25 AM PST European Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a joint effort of the majority of the staff in MAS, several bloggers and other Malaysians that the infamous MAS-Airasia share swap was stopped after 8 months. Of course, you are also included in this crusade against the unscrupulous lots. MAS has been quite severely damaged by the 8 months of “hell” during the said share swap but it is picking slowly but surely. All the best to you and family for the coming 2013. Comment on Complaints for DBKL by weechookeong Posted: 31 Dec 2012 02:18 AM PST Dear Mr Steve Siow Thank you for your comments/complaints. I am aware of your complaints. I have taken it up with the Head Master of the school. I have been been given letters of approval from the relevant authorities together with the test reports concerning the said telco tower. As you know I am also very concerned over the safety issue here. A few years I have protested against a similar telco tower where no approval was given by the relevant authorities. It was was built half way and was demolished by DBKL.Please read the following postings: http://weechookeong.wordpress.com/2009/05/31/dbkls-unfinished-business/ I have read the reports given to me by the headmaster of the school and it would appear that the radiation generated is within the safety level. Of course, I stand to be corrected in this. Before we go further, could we meet up and I will let you have a set of the documents for our discussion. If we could get convincing evidence that this telco tower will be a health hazard to the residents of the are and the students then We will stand together to oppose it. Could you please telephone my PA, En Yacob, so that he can pass the documents to you for study? When you are ready then we meet up to discuss the matter further. His hand phone number is 0122186929 or office 41433322. May I take this opportunity to wish you and family all the best for the coming 2013. With kindest regards wee choo keong |

Comment on DCA failed to withdraw the AOC of FAX / AirAsia X in 2007 (Part 1) by mradzid Posted: 29 Dec 2012 09:03 PM PST I took the photo of the Twin Otter on the top of the page. You can see my thought about FAX in 2007 by reading the comments under the photos here. Not much different than what is being said in this post now. |
Comment on Complaints for DBKL by Steve Siow Posted: 29 Dec 2012 02:10 AM PST Dear Mr. Wee, I would like bring this issue on behalf of all the residents in Taman Desa Setapak to seek for your kind help to remove the recently installed telecom tower in Sekolah Kebangsaan Desa Setapak, Wangsa Maju. It was just assembled nearby the school entrance, in front of a lot houses in Jalan 27/27B, Taman Desa Setapak. It have caused a lot of unrest, frustration and dissatisfaction for the residents in the area. Thank you very much. Regards, |
