Malaysia has purchased two Scorpene submarines from France; Pakistan is said to have bought 12. It is difficult for UN to regulate the arms trade.  |
| Posted: 28 Jul 2012 02:20 AM PDT Election Commission, EC, admits that previous oversight caused problems in electoral roll such as applicants did not give complete addresses. It has to work harder to identify weaknesses and to rectify them. All electoral procedures must be fair and reasonable.  |
