I was impressed by TM Call Centre service. They’ve improved a lot. I called to apply for Unifi on Friday after office hour and installation date was confirmed within 1 business day. However, I was fairly disappointed by Unifi contractors. It rained almost everyday and due to bad drainage the manhole which houses TM cables was flooded with water. The first team of installers didn’t try at all but informed me that installation had to be postponed. Well, they could proceed if I hired someone else to drain the blocked water from the manhole owned by TM. Or, I paid like a thousand ringgit so that they would pull the wiring through longkang instead of the manhole. Why should I pay extra when it’s not my property that hindered the installation work. The first team went off without getting anything done. Re-appointment was quick. A week later the second team of contractors came. I told them about the flooded manhole. The water was still blocked inside about knee deep. Fortunately, this team were better skilled and were able to carry out the installation. Ok, the next thing they talked about was money, again. The manhole cover in my car porch was ‘cemented’, they claimed. They didn’t even try to lift the cover. They called this blocked manhole and it’s not the standard installation. The standard TM rate to work around the blocked manhole is RM6xx. They broke the cover in less than 5 minutes. In contrast, we recently paid RM150 to hammer down a wall in few hours in one of our shoplots under renovation. I was also quoted RM3xx for another non-standard installation which is to run the Unifi cable of about 1 meter long over the ceiling. What were my options? “Could you pull the cable along here?”, I asked. “No, the cable is sensitive and it has to be done this way”. Basically that’s to say I had no option. “Here’s the deal, if we follow the standard TM rate, you would be charge almost a thousand. I gave you special rate, half the price.”, the main installer said. I got his point. He was here for the money, not for giving the consumer the best service.

Danny, where is your “maruah”? Where is your wife and family “maruah”? Just because of being a crony and gaji buta, you and your wife and family do not mind the embarrassment you have caused and to MAS!

It must be your Cambridge upbringing that made you thick skin. You are cursed everyday by 20,0000 MAS staffs. You are only supported by an handful idiots like AJ, Tan Sri Md nOr, Azman Yahya, Shane Nollan and a few others.

You should know who are on the BOD. Datuk Azman Yahya, Wan Azmin, Rohana of Astro, Krishnan Tan. Who are these fu.kers? Azman Yahya is also from SCOMI. He was also in the last MAS board before sure swap. After share swap he is the only member to be appointed into MAS and to AA Board as a Khazanah rep. Who the F.. is he? What does he know about aviation? He only know one person> Tan Sri Nor Yacop.

MAS staff must watch this Azman Yahya every move. The IT Department people must expose what the hell is going on there.

Now I want to see why AJ, the brainless, and Md Nor, the WAU expert, going to do about the maid upgrader. Let them protect the maid upgrader and see they can do it for how long. If they don’t do anything, we must get both of them out in disgrace like the maid upgrader.

Everybody, do you all think that with all your curses on Danny and wishes for him to get lost from MAS, it’s going to happen? Danny has the “protection” of Khazanah, and the BOD because the NEWCO or split of the airline is the end game for Danny. By hook or by crook, they will make the Newco happen, which will result in 3000+ staff sent there who will have new terms and conditions of service, bust the unions, and achieve the “right-sizing” without having to pay retrenchment rates. Danny will have his “airline”, a new toy, to lord over. It will be the beginning of the end for MAS as we know it. This will all have the blessings of the powers that be. After all even the previous PM, the sleepyhead, used taxpayers money to pay off FAX’s (Air Asia’s) hutang to MAS after their fiasco in East Malaysia. This act alone, in a developed country would have landed the PM in jail. In Malaysia, he is rewarded by getting appointed as ADVISOR to the very airline he screwed – MAS.
The BOD has had at least 3 meetings since the “findings” on Danny’s abuse of power was submitted to them. Any decision? NO. The next meeting is on the 22nd May. Do we expect any decision from the BOD on Danny’s abuse of power? Obviously not. The BOD is no better than the very person they are protecting.

The reversal of the share swap is just a smokescreen to throw off the Unions, staff and taxpayers. The secret “underground” parallel Business Plan is still going to be bulldozed through, including the splitting of MAS into the Newco and the rest of the airline. An email from the Director of Operations (another balls carrier )asked for inputs and to “revisit Newco”. What does that mean?
Aj’s so-called “engagements” with the various divisions after the Joint Unions presentation to him and TS Md Nor last Friday and the Joint Unions presentation to the BOD is just part of the wayang kulit.
Surely after 8 months and so many CONsultants in the house, including AJ’s favourite, Planeconsult, it is too little too late to now go around asking for ideas and inputs? Feedback from all the divisions he has “engaged” with this week all point to the same thing – a complete waste of time, and worse, the CEO (AJ) does not inspire confidence at all ! In one session, he even asked, how many aircraft do we have? Alamak.
He also rambles on and on about the daily “cash burn” rate. Depending on where he was talking, the daily cash burn ranges from RM6 to 9 million!!
What an achievement. When they kicked Tengku Azmil out, the cash burn was RM3 million AND Tg Azmil already had a turaround plan, the BCEP, which staff
had already bought into. Staff had every confidence that the BCEP was workable and achievable.
With the Share Swap and CCF, which was aimed to SAVE MAS, what do we have today? Does anyone in their right mind / sane mind believe that it was to SAVE Mas? So, what was the Thamby’s input and talk cock that he could do “wonders” to SAVE MAS? The results speak for themselves.Record breaking losses, total demoralization of staff, no business direction, widespread confusion etc etc. AJ keeps harping on “we must move forward”. Hello AJ, to move forward, to where? Nobody is clear on the Business Plan, simply because there isn’t one to speak off. The third (or fourth) so-called Business Plan is coming out again. This is a big joke.
The BOD, AJ, Maidupgrader, Rozman, Azahari all have to go! In a more civilised society, these people will have the DIGNITY ad HONOUR to resign for their total failure in their mission and duties!! In Japan, harakiri would be an option. But , what can we expect from shameless dishonourable people?
